Leah turns to Marie, pointing at the retreating figure of Tammy "A relative! A fucking relative!!!" Sophie and Marie share a disgruntled look. "Four hours we have been in this gym! Four fucking hours!!!"
"Yes Leah I know! But you need to calm down" Marie try's to reason with her.
"Calm down? Calm down?! Four hours Marie!! Four hours!! They are a part of his pack! He knew who I spoke of all along! I should rip him apart!!" She finishes with a growl.

Marie purses her lips to prevent her true feelings from showing "Yes .... but maybe you should hold fire on plotting the death of an Alpha and do what you do best!"
Leah narrows her eyes unimpressed, "We both know I can easily put him down without missing a single stride in this rescue mission!"
Marie smiles in response "Huh Huh! Thats certainly true ...." Rose pales and her eyes grow even wider "Erm what?" She squeaks. Leah and Marie looked at her "Are you talking about my father or my brother?" She asks incredulously. Leah turns back to Marie "Four hours! He refused my help and blocked my attempts! What sort of Alpha does that?!! They would have been back 3 hours ago!"

Upon hearing a disappointed sigh Leah's gaze falls back on Rose "My father then" at Leah's raised questioning eyebrow she continues "My brother is many things and he definitely has his faults, but he is a good Alpha! He cares deeply about the pack and takes his responsibilities seriously! He's been out all hours these past few days joining the search teams .... he's with them now accompanied by your male pack mates, it's good of them to help in the search" Leah and Marie's eyebrows shoot up in surprise, as Sophie hides her face in her hands. The five of them share the same thought; the lads knew and never mentioned this to them?! How long have they known?

"I've no idea why my father refused your help and worse blocked your attempts to assist, nor am I about to try to excuse his behaviour." She adds quickly seeing the unmasked fury in Leah's eyes "He is wrong to have done this! But I do know if you had approached Chris, he would have snapped up your offer of help! He would do almost anything to have them home safe! He's a good man, a great Alpha ..... he's just been receiving bad advice!" Leah stands studying Rose's earnest face. "We best get ready" Marie quietly tells Leah. She nods slowly in reply before locking eyes with Rose again "I'll keep what you've said in mind". Rose smiles slightly as she watches her brothers mate walk away from the gym.
