A few days have passed since rescuing the women from the rogue settlements; they were slowly accepting that they truly are safe now.

They had been assessed and treatments for their physical injuries and wellbeing had begun as soon as they reached the pack hospital, to which they were all responding well to, and in a nervous way ready to start their counselling, which will begin any day now; it had been decided the best approach would be group therapy sessions to start with.

Leah was impressed with the organisation of the Eclipse medical staff; this wasn't her first rescue by any means, but this may well be the first time she had witnessed her information and advice followed so intently and expertly; everything Leah had suggested was standing ready for the women and then some, showing the experience and knowledge of the medical staff. They had quickly assessed the women and started treatments for the more severly injured first. Many females from the Eclipse pack had volunteered their help to the staff be it comforting the women, cleaning up work areas for the doctors and nurses or those with some first aid experience to start cleaning and treating the flesh wounds.

Leah has spent time with each woman taking the time to get to know them personally. What has shocked her most though, and she believes has shocked many among the group of women too, was how the members of the Eclipse pack as a whole have been treating the women. Leah has witnessed many occasion where family's of the victims, pretty much disown the women. Although the family's have never to this day, expressed that in words and most definitely not in front of Leah or any other chosen daughter, their actions and treatment of the woman after their return, makes the statement clear enough for all to understand. It was a fact that boils her blood! Yet here in this pack that had originally made such an appalling first impression on Leah. With their blatant disrespect for the Goddesses laws. Who one would expect the worst behaviour from. These were among the best, most welcoming and endearing people Leah had ever met during these situations!

Regardless of if the women were originally from the Eclipse pack or not, to a member they were protective of the women! Word had spread among the pack about Matt and Arron's behaviour, while escorting the women back to the pack lands, now if either man was in the vicinity of the women the pack stares and blocks their paths. They ensure Matt and Arron can not get anywhere near them! Not only that the males within the Eclipse pack have been extra vilagant whenever Matt and Arron are near any females mated or not. Without fail, each time she witnesses it, Leah can't help but smile. A smile that widens each time she sees Matt and Arron cringe in response. The Eclipse pack made her feel exceptionally proud of them with their acceptance and protectiveness of the women!

For herself Leah rarely acknowledges Matt or Arron; giving them blank stares if they try to talk to her, walking away if they try to press the conversation. They make it all the easier since they had yet to apologise to the rescued women regardless of how difficult that was being made for them or to recognise they were veering off their destined paths.
