It had been a really long while since Jimin and Hae Wong had been able to meet.

Jimin had been very busy with his dance practices and studies, especially as graduation drew nearer.

But mostly Hae Wong's schedule seemed to be crazier than usual – if it even was possible.

Gosh! The number of hours he put in, at his office, in meetings, appointments, press encounters, trips in and out of the country, and so on!

That's why this lovely evening together at the very select restaurant of the Hyatt was all Jimin dreamt of : finally getting to spend some alone time with his prince.

He had refused all the other invitations for the night and had got rid of any school assignment the previous weeks, working hard for many sleep-deprived nights to finish it all beforehand.

Then quite early in the afternoon, he had joyfully prepared.

With an eager heart, he had carefully selected Hae Wong's favorite clothes in his closet.

Finally, his mind had dreamt about the words and events that the evening promised to hold.

He had showered and thoroughly scrubbed, smoothed, fragranced and ointed his body in full preparation.

Hae Wong had come to give him a ride and Jimin really felt like a jewel or a princess – not really because of the magnificent car his prince had driven him in, but mostly because in his honey's twinkling eyes as they met, he felt loved, he felt important, he felt special.

And so far everything was perfect.

Jimin savored his gondre bibimbap that went so well with his sweet pumpkin, chestnuts; and ginkgo nuts as well as with the namul bean paste soup. It matched his sweet personality nicely.

He knew Hae Wong would pick the marinated Hanwoo sirloin – meat had always been his favorite. And the fact that it was paired with chili pork ribs, dukk galbi and roasted sweet potatoes made it an even more obvious choice in his eyes.

Now they were enjoying this delicious food while so pleasantly chit chatting together, holding hands over the table.

The food was perfect, and so was their relaxed, comfortable conversation.

Jimin felt really content, and his whole being bloomed at the faultless moments they were spending together.

If things went on like that, by just making the most of simply being together, then it would have been worth the weeks-long wait.

As usual, Hae Wong's phone was laying on the table, always at his hand's reach.

It had grown to become some extent of himself now...

Jimin knew his new position demanded that he should be reached and available at any moment of the day or the night.

He understood it and he was quite compliant.

But he sometimes wished the smartphone was not some kind of third-wheeler in their relationship...

Fortunately, Hae Wong hadn't paid it any attention so far.

Not even once.

Not even for a second.

It was really all perfect.

He had been focusing on his honey's face and words with loving eyes and drinking ears.

So when it rang and Hae Wong's eyes lingered on the screen, Jimin knew from his prince's hardened expression their lovers' evening was tainted, and most probably doomed.
