Hello dearest readers!

A super quick note because I'm supposed to get up in an hour T-T ... or less...

Couldn't find a photo header that fit the chapter, so I thought I'd drop that one, which is just gorgeous...

For now, just enjoy!

Don't hate me! ^^

Also - smut warning!

Please skip the * ...* part if necessary!

Sending love!

Take care!

"How dared you?!!"

The growl was quite impressive and scary.

But the croak in his voice betrayed the mix of despair and regret that tainted the anger in the reproach-intended comment.

"How dared you ignore me?!!"

The drunk haze he was caught in made it difficult for him to but slur the words.

Gosh! He was used to the regular 40% Guojiao but that Luzhou Laojiao 1575 sure must have rated around 50% for the liquor to hit him so hard!

What kind of weird cocktail had Law Dong Jun drowned him with?

Despite his unexpected early light-headedness, Hae Wong sure had noticed the subtle nods and winks his Chinese contact had thrown at the bartender – before he realized – too late – he was actually directing them toward a shady silhouette that was hidden under covering clothes.

He was already too far gone to really care or analyze things beyond the fact that his partner probably had a one-night stand- which he soon joined.

The tall blonde was too intoxicated to notice, as his Chinese bodyguard helped him to stand on his wobbly legs, the fat envelopes that were slid on the counter from the small yet elegant one to both the employee and his business friend.

And most of all, he was too taken aback and oblivious to anything else.

For upon a closer look, in this forsaken place, in his partner's wrongly supposed fuck buddy, he recognized his angel's outfit and fluffy hair.

The world stopped spinning – though his head didn't, thank you 50% Luzhou Laojiao.

His alcohol breath hitched and nothing else mattered from then on, as he stepped towards the familiar outfit and grabbed the small hand.

Not a word was said until both had been driven back to Hae Wong's hotel.

Standing without wavering was a challenge.

But he wouldn't show, tell or let him see.

He felt dizzy and his shaky legs were unsteady.

But he had to manage.

He had to be strong.

He had to lead and control. Failing never had been an option to him.

The almighty Lee Hae Wong just couldn't own up to being weak.

His sight was blurry and he had to blink hard several times before he could get a clearer vision of the one who silently stood before him.

Still he managed to thwack both of his hands to the divider and trap the small figure between his strong arms, with his eager body, against the wall of the suite they just got into.
