Break On Through

I'm still pissed at my brothers and Rebekah. Ok, I'm mostly pissed at Damon and Rebekah. They just had to push Stefan to do something he wasn't comfortable with. I get it, we're vampires. We need to feed on blood to survive. But Stefan's are all over the place, so he needs to take his time and drink when he's ready. Damon and Rebekah had no right to do that. Now Elena's upset with him. That's Mystic Falls for you; drama, drama, and more drama.

I just needed to get out of this town for a minute. I don't want to see Damon, Stefan, or Rebekah. And I'm getting annoyed with Rebekah calling me every other hour. Trying to get me to go shopping like nothing happened. I'm pulling a Damon and pushing her aside. And I'm ignoring Damon's calls. I don't care if Sage is back, even though it would be nice to see her again. Damon can handle Rebekah and her snooping. I'm in  desperate need for a drink. Something that doesn't come from a blood bag or from the Grill. So, I went all the way towards the next town over. It's the same bar Damon took Stefan me after he broke Stefan out. I could get free beer and a few necks to snatch, eat, erase. Which is really fun after compelling the entire bar to ignore/forget what they saw. Not only that, I told them they couldn't leave until I left.

I retracted my fangs from the man's neck before patting him to keep moving. I wasn't nowhere near drunk. I just needed to let out some steam and some fun. But no one has to die in order for me to do it. Mystic Falls is on pause for the evening.

"Another one?" The bartender, Jeanie, asked.

I nodded and held my glass out for her. "Yes, please. And keep it coming."

Jeanie smiled before refilling my drink. I chugged the whole thing down. "Whoooo. I really needed that. Another round." Jeanie nodded. "As a matter of fact," I turned around in my seat and gestured towards the entire bar, "how about another round for everyone. On me."

The entire bar cheered as they held up their cups. They should be happy. They're getting this shit for free. Yet, I'm not buying. The music got louder. I jumped on the bar table and started to dance. The only thing that would make this night better is if they have a mechanical bull. I flipped my hair left and right before running my hand though it. Jeanie handed me a bottle of bourbon. I took that thing and took a long sip.

I heard a chuckle. "I see things still haven't changed." I looked down to see Klaus with his hands behind his back, smirk plastered on his face. "Hello, Bela."

"Klaus," I greeted. I'm a bit buzzed, so that came out more fearful than I expected. I recomposed myself and jumped down. "You here to kill me?"

"Now why would I do that?" He motioned around the bar. "Ruin the fun. Free drinks. Music. Dancing."

I crossed my arms. "Then what are you doing here?"

"Can't I visit a friend?"

"You don't have any. The only friends you have are your fingers and they rather kill themselves. So I'll ask you again, what are you doing here, Klaus?"

Klaus sighed. "Rebekah." I rolled my eyes. "She made it very clear that you were upset with her. Wanted me to fix it." Oh, please. Like he cares if I'm mad at Rebekah.

I even told him that. "Like you give a rat's ass if I'm mad. And if Rebekah wanted to send one of her brothers, she should have send Elijah. Out of everyone in your family, he's the only one I like."

"Oh, really?" Klaus had a teasing smirk. "So that kiss with Kol was nothing?"

I gave him a look. "How do you know about that?"

"I have my ways. And I know my brother. Once he sees something he likes, he won't stop at nothing until he obtains it. And right now that's you."

"Well, he can kiss my ass because that kiss was nothing." Ok, I lied. It's Klaus, he would have held it over me. I grabbed the rest of my beer and chugged it before setting it on the table. "Now since you won't be leaving anytime soon, I will."
