My mouth fell open as I couldn't fight back the tears. "Leonard?"
Leonard let out a small smile. "Yeah, it's me, Bels."
I sat up. "How - How are you here? You're dead. I - I saw..."
Leonard shook his head. "I don't know. I don't know how I'm here or how I'm able to talk to you."
I leaned forward and wrapped Leonard in my arms. I buried my face in his shoulder as I began crying. I - I don't understand how he's here. Klaus staked him. I shouldn't be able to touch him. I couldn't help but hold on tighter and breathed in his familiar scent.
"I'm so sorry, Leonard," I cried. "I couldn't - I couldn't stop him."
Leonard shushed me when we pulled apart. "Hey. Hey. Hey." He grabbed my face with his hands. His thumb brushed away the tear that was dripping down my cheek. "Nothing was your fault. I knew the risk. Don't blame yourself for any of it."
"I can't. I blame myself everyday." My eyes went wide. "Oh, no. Tyler."
He nodded. "Yeah, I know." I opened my mouth to apologize, but he cut me off. "Don't even say your sorry. You're not the one who turned him. People don't double-cross Klaus without getting any consequences." He pulled me in for another hug. "I was there when you were bitten. You can't keep blaming yourself for what Klaus did."
"I hate him," I admitted. "I hate that he did this to you. You were barley getting to know Tyler."
"Yeah, but when I died, I got to know another relative of mine."
I furrowed my brows. "Who?"
Leonard's mouth flew open. "Let's just say that he's still a bit pissed at you and Damon."
Who would be pissed at me and Damon? The only people who would be pissed at us is Klaus? But Klaus is alive, sadly. The only other person I could think of is...Mason. Oh, shit.
I quickly scrambled to get out of bed. "I have to warn Damon."
I ran out of my room. There was a little cry down at the parlor and I ran towards it. Damon was strapped to a chair, the same way we tied Mason. He was screaming as the light came through the curtain, hitting his skin. I sped towards him and tackled him out of the way before closing the curtains.
"About time you showed up," Damon groaned as he yanked the chain off his hand. "Remind me to get payback on our brother."
I went over and pulled the rest of the chains off him. "Yeah, we got a problem."
"What now?" Damon gritted out as the spikes came out of his skin.
"Mason Lockwood might be after us. And he's pissed."
"And how would you know?"
I guess I didn't need to say anything. Damon looked behind me and his eyes widen. I looked back to see Leonard standing towards the entrance.
"Because I told her."

Damon decided that we should find Bonnie. We took his car because I was still working on mines. Leonard said he was gonna find Mason before he does anything more drastic.
"Let me get this straight," Damon started. "Lover boy and Boy Wonder decided to show up. And you think this has something to do with Bonnie's spell?"
I nodded. "What else could it be? Mason practically barbecued you. Not to mention that we both saw Leonard."
"Point being?"
I groaned. "You are impossible to talk with." Damon stopped in the middle of the town square. I found Bonnie and Caroline and wave at them. "Guys!"
