Secret Bully Tom x Tord

Tord hated how badly Tom would secretly treat him. It first started off with just some small things like Tord's hairstyle was ugly or that his outfit was stupid. Then it got to the point that Tom would say stuff like Tord had an ugly accent and he should just stay silent forever so no one would have to hear Tord's thick accent. But what happens if when Tom said that Tord just should never talk again, what if Tord takes that seriously and just does that to make Tom 'happy' but he does it in a way no one would expect him to?
