The Reason Tom's Eyes Are Black

Tom was a child that didn't have any friends. He had never met Edd, Matt, or Tord before. He had used to have normal eyes too. He was always constantly bullied and beaten up but all he wanted was just a friend and to not be alone anymore. Then one day, a monster demon shows up in his room, saying he could guarantee Tom a best friend for life, in exchange that it could possess Tom for the rest of Tom's life. Tom reluctantly agreed and allowed the monster demon to possess him, causing his eyes to turn pure black and allowing Tom to now have a monster form.  Sure enough, the next day, a new student named Edd starts attending Tom's school and becomes best friends with Tom, just like the demon promised would happen. Over time though, Tom kept the secret of why his eyes were black. He also kept his monster form a secret. Anytime someone would ask him, he would avoid saying anything. But one day when he was playing truth or dare with Edd, Tord, and Matt, Tord dares Tom to say the real reason why his eyes were black. How would Tom's friends react when Tom says he's been possessed ever since he was five? How would they react that basically Tom allowed himself to get possessed in exchange that he'd get a lifelong friend and would never be alone ever again?
