The team walked into the Common Room and everyone began cheering. I gave a few first and second years high fives, only to be stopped when Fred and George lifted me onto their shoulders. Everyone began to chant my name. "Ba-ker! Ba-ker! Ba-ker!" I threw my arms up into the air with a big, fat smile on my face.

I woke up very refreshed. I jumped out of bed, threw on my robes and brushed my long, curly red hair.

I took my bookbag and headed down to the Great Hall for breakfast. I sat down in my usual spot between the twins and set my bag on the floor. "Morning boys," I said cheerily.

"Morning," they said in unison. This time, Fred spoke alone, "What's got you in such a grand old mood?"

"Do I need a reason?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Do you want a reason?" Fred replied with a wink.

"Oh, quit flirting with her, Fred," George said. "We both know I'm the better looking twin."

"Hush, you two," I shushed. "We all know who the true lovely of the group is." I pointed to myself and smiled.

"You got me there," Fred said, stumped.

"Same here, mate," George added.

I jumped triumphantly and ate the pancakes on my plate, along with more bacon than I'd care to admit. I finished my food and checked my schedule. Ugh, Potions with Snape. Lovely.

"Oh, bloody-..." I checked my bag for my 12 inch homework paper from last night. I frantically dug through everything And couldn't find it.

"What's the matter?" Fred asked.

"I can't find my 12 inch for DADA. I know I put it in here somewhere!" I was getting frustrated now.

"You mean this 12 inch?" Fred asked, picking up a piece of parchment off the floor and dangling it in front of my face. I reached for it, but he pulled it away.

"Fred," I warned. "Give me my essay."

"Or what?" Fred taunted.

"Or I swear I will break your Quidditch broom!" I threatened as Fred and I stood up.

"Bet." He backed away slowly, me following him. Fred broke out into a full sprint out of the Great Hall and down the corridor. I chased after him for my paper. He turned a corner, thinking it would through me off, but I easily caught up to him, tackling Fred to the ground.

"Gotcha!" I said. "Now give me.... My essay." We were both out of breath from running, making us breathe heavily.

"What if... I didn't?" Fred said with a smile. I reached for the essay, holding myself up with one hand right next to Fred on the floor. This was Fred's opportunity, so he took it and flipped me onto the ground, still holding my essay away from me. "Who has who now?"

"You little-" I started, but cut myself off as I looked into Fred's dark brown eyes. They sparkled with joy as he stared back.

"Little what?" Fred wanted me to finish my sentence. But I didn't. I didn't know what to finish it with.

After a moment of silence, I cleared my throat. "Can you get off me now?"

"Why? Is this uncomfortable for you?" Fred asked, smirking evily. I had a feeling he wasn't getting up.

"You're a little too close for comfort," I said honestly.

"So," Fred got so close to my face that our noses were touching. "This is too close?"

I sighed. "You are a piece of work, Weasley. You know that?"

"Yeah. You know what else I know?"

"Hmm?"

"Your face is as red as a tomato."

I playfully pushed Fred off of me, taking my essay from him. "You want to know why? Because you're my best friend, not my boyfriend."

"I can always change that, you know," Fred winked as I helped him to his feet. I rolled my eyes at him with a light smile.

"In your dreams, Weasley," I glad he a toothy grin and walked away, leaving him confused smirk on his face, making him question himself all over again.
