Chapter 17 The Warlords

Emiko's POV

After changing into my normal outfit which is the plain shirt and Kid's boxers, Law and I went to the counter and paid the price.

"Thank you." The man said. After that, he asked Law to come closer then I could see a faint blush on Law's cheek. "Why thank you." Law smirked.

When we walked out of the shop, I asked him, "What did he say?". "He said that we make a good couple." He winked at me. "N-No!" I said.

"Well, I'm not the one who said it, right?" He said. Well, that was awkward.

"So Miss Emiko," Law stopped dead in his tracks and his grey dull eyes met mine. "Will you join my crew?"

Garh! What is with people asking me to join their crew?! I can't say no because of all the things he done to me.

"I-I need time to think..." I looked down, ashamed to look at him. "Well, it's ok Miss Emiko, think as long as you like." Law smiled at me.

We walked to his submarine and saw Shachi and Penguin outside, not those two again.

"EMIKO-CHAN! YOU LOOK SO KAWAII!"

"PLEASE LET ME JUST WALK WITH YOU FOR ONCE!"

"GODAMNIT LAW! YOU'RE SO DAMN LUCKY!"

I let out a huge sigh and facepalmed my forehead.

"Crazy fanboys..." I muttured under my breath. Law heard me and chuckled, "They're always like this when they meet ladies like you.".

We went into the submarine and saw Bepo standing in the hallway or whatever it is called. "Captain! It's nice to see you again!" Bepo smiled.

I smiled at his adorablenessness and yes, that is not a word but who cares.

"We need to stay here a little longer so that the Log Pose can adapt to the town and we can move on to another island." Law said.

Stay here for a little longer?! How boring would that be?

I walke- I mean, dragged myself to Law's room and plopped down on my face in his bed.

"Miss Emiko, I need to ask you something." Law budged into the room. I let out a confused hum and sat down on his bed with my legs crossed, "Spit it out then."

"Would it be great if I joined the Seven Warlords?" He asked. "S-S-Seven Warlords?!" I shockily replied. "I don't know Law, the answer is in your heart." I walked up to him and placed my hand on his chest.

"Well, if you say so." He blushed when my hand came in contact with his chest.

Law's POV

Answer in my heart? Did I really want to join the Seven Warlord? In order to join them, I need to take 100 hearts of a human to join.

"Hello? Anybody there?" A hand waved in front of me, snapping out of my thoughts.

"Huh? Yeah?" I looked at her golden eyes. "So, have you decided?" She asked.

"I'll join them."
