Chapter 12 Choices

Kid's POV

I wrapped my arms around Emiko while the rain poured down. I looked down and saw Emiko silently breathing while sleeping on my chest.

I smiled at her, wait, what?!

I'm supposed to be mean at her!

No don't do it Kid.

DO IT!

Don't listen to him listen to me!

Urgh just do rude things to her like pushing her overboard and letting her drown in the storm.

What? No I'm not that cruel!

You did that before my mini demon said.

You know what? I'm not going to throw her overboard. Emiko whimpered in her sleep while frowning.

I looked at her, what am I suppose to do to her? Wake her up? Comfort her? Throw her ov- no. I stroked her back, trying to make her relax. Good thing it worked.

I carried Emiko bridal style while using my blanket to guard her from the rain.

I opened the door and gently placed Emiko on my bed. I sat down next to her on the floor as I stared at Emiko.

All the things I could do to her while she's sleeping. Hug her, sleep next to her, kiss h- nope not going to kiss her.

Some parts of me want to stare at her sleeping and some part of me want to ki- I mean sleep with her.

I chose the second option, I crawled on my bed and slept next to her.

"Luffy..." I heard her mumbling, she turned around and scrunched up her face. "I'm so sorry..." Then, the tears rolled down her face.

Right in the chest again, I raised my palms up, at first, I was hesitant, but I finally did it.

My palms cane in contact with her cheeks and wiped her tears away with my thumbs.

Out of the blue, she hugged my arm and snuggled with it. For the first time, I saw her smile.

I was shocked at first but I ignored it. I scooted closer to her and placed my free arm under her body and wrapped it.

It felt so, relaxing. So peaceful that I fell alseep.

-Next Morning-

"Eustass Kid?" A sleepy voice called me while someone lightly shook me. I slowly opened my eyes and saw the raven haired girl with neko ears looking at me.

"H-hm?" I hummed at her.

I looked down and saw my arms wrapping around her waist. I blushed and Emiko did the same too.

I slowly let go of her as she jumped out of the bed. All I could do was stare at her while she went out of the door.

5 more minutes then I would get out of bed....

Emiko's POV

What just happened?

I woke up with Kid, on the bed, cuddling with me. What is wrong with me?! Letting a boy sleeping with me?

I looked down and saw my clothes were changed into Kid's oversized shirt. I blushed at the thought where Kid was seeing my body.

"Ohayo!" A long blue, shaggy haired guy with sunken eyes said. "Ur-urm, good morning?" I replied. "I'm Heat, what's your name?" Heat asked. "Emiko." I replied back at him. "Oh, good morning Emiko!" He exclaimed, then he ran off to somewhere.

I rubbed my back of my head and heard someone bumping on my back.

As clumsy as I could be, I fell down on my butt. "Oh my god Emiko-san I'm so sorry!" The masked guy said. Currently, he was on top of me, in an awkward position. "I-I-It's ok Killer-sama, it was an a-accident after all." I stuttered.

He stood up and gave me his hand. "Let me help you up," I took his hands. "Oi Killer, what are you doing?" A raspy voice spoke behind us.

"Oh, I was just helping her up because I kinda bumped into her." Killer replied.

Kid let out a oh and mumbled something after that. "Pardon?" I told Kid. "Ur-ur, let me bring you to the bathroom to clean yourself off." Kid said, roughly grabbing my arm.

I queitly winced at his sudden action as he brought me to his room. When he closed the door, I heard the door locking.

"K-Kid what are you doin-" before I could finish my sentence, Kid threw me on his bed and he threw himself on me.

I squirmed under him, trying to free myself from him. "K-Kid, let me go please." I pleaded. He curved his lips then, his head went to my neck.

"Make me." He purred, his breath touching my neck. "S-stop it!" I demanded, while pushing him away.

"Why should I?" He tested me. "I don't like where this is going." I said. "Ok ok fine." He gave up.

I praised myself for doing a good job and asked him,"So, what am I going to wear?".

"This." He handed me a oversized shirt with no undergarments or pants. I raised my eyebrow at him. "So, you're going to let me wear something with no pants?" I asked him.

"Damnit, you saw it through." Then he passed me a pair of boxers.

I caught the boxers and Kid lead me the way to the bathroom. I went inside the bathroom and realised that there was no lock.

"Why isn't there no lock?!" I panicked, hoping that a lock suddenly popped up from no where.

"Well, since our crew doesn't have any girls, we decided that we don't need to install one, good luck to you." He smirked.

I cursed under my breath and went in the bathroom. I looked around and saw a bathtub. At least I can cover up myself in it.

I stripped off my clothes and filled the tub with water and bubbles. I went inside and relaxed. "I wonder how's Luffy doing." I sighed as I looked at the ceiling.

I was so distracted in my thoughts that I didn't hear the door opening.

Soon, someone splashed inside the tub which I'm currently in.

"Ah, isn't this nice Emiko-chan?"
