Wow...
Today was rough... and I found out from my best friend at school. She's like:"____, get your phone! You have to check the news, quick." And I was like what on earth is going on. What happened? School shooting?! What?
So I quickly fumbled for my phone and saw it and I swear my mouth dropped as I read my news notification.
Stan Lee Passed away at age 95.
My heart dropped. Man I loved that guy. He's like my hero and he's amazing. And I was just taken back and surprised.
And I know you all are probably as sad as I am to hear this.
Rip Stan Lee, you may not have been a superhero but you were a superhero to us. The world will truly miss you. May we always remember you.

Not sure if you all have heard about everything going on in the news lately. But it's pretty bad.
All these shootings and the fires.
I'm reading all these articles and stories of the trauma these people have gone through and it brings me to tears.
Two stories especially that I read. One of a girl in the bar shooting in One Thousand Oaks, CA. How she survived and this random guy that picked her up and carried her even though he had been shot. Risking his life just so she would be safe. And how she describes it and in the video. Truly touching.
Another one of the nurses at Adventist Health Feather River Hospital. The nurses stories of surviving this and trying to save all their patients.
If you wanna hear her story skip the video to 3:30 and listen to the rest of the video. She describes the whole thing.
Highly suggest going to the news and reading these stories.
As well as having prayer for everyone affected by the fires.. and those of loved ones that have died. Not only in the fires but shooting as well.
Prayer is very much needed right now.
