Chapter 12:
~Addi's POV again~

I stared at him and couldn't help but to smile. I took a step in and place my lips on his. I missed him, I needed him. He pulled me closer and I could feel him smile into the kiss. I giggled quietly as he pulled away. We kept our foreheads firmly pressed against each other and stared at each other. He smiled at me and kissed me again.

"I love you." He whispered. I hugged him tightly and yawned.

"I love you too." I whispered back. I watched as he held out the teddy bear for me. I took it and held it close as he picked me up bridal style and carried me home. I buried my head in the crook of his neck as he walked with me. My head was a little irritated by light but I didn't want Liam to worry. I closed my eyes tight and wrapped my arms around his neck. I relaxed a little when he kissed the top of my head. Finally we returned to my house. He carried me up to my room and laid me in bed while he asked what movie I wanted to watch. "Liam, you don't have to do all of this." I said as he blocked out all the light except for the tv.

"I know I don't, but you deserve it." I laughed. He looked at me and smiled.

"When did you become so polite?" I asked jokingly.

"When I realized you deserved better." He said way to seriously.

"Liam, I don't want better. You're everything I could ask for and more." I said with a smiled. I watched as he dropped what he was doing and came over to kiss my forehead. He returned to put in the first Step Up movie because he knew how much I loved them. "Yay!" I said and felt him lay down next to me. I cuddled close to him and felt his arms slip around me. I kissed his cheek quickly. "Thank you Liam. You've done so much for me." I said. He looked at me and his eyes flashed the beautiful shade of yellow that I loved so much.

"Thank you, you saved me." He whispered holding me tighter. We laid there for hours just enjoying each others company. This is all I'll ever need, he's all I'll ever need.

On Thursday Liam thought it was time for me to go back to school. I had rested for 1 and 1/2 days and was starting to feel better. I looked nervously in the mirror as Liam knocked on the door. I looked at the ugly bruise that took up the upper half of the left side of my face. I walked down to see Liam patiently waiting. He held my hand as the nerves started to get to me. They're going to stare, there going to talk. You're going to be a freak again. My mind raced with horrible thoughts as Liam hugged me.

"Addi, it's going to be okay." He said and kissed my forehead. "I'm right here to defend you, to catch you when you fall." I nodded and hugged him a little bit tighter before walking outside and waiting with him for the bus. I walked as it slowly curved the corner and stopped in front of us. It was a quiet morning, a lot of weird expressions. I could do this though. I made it though the day and waited around with Liam outside his last class. He walked out with a smile and slung his arm around my shoulder. We walked home together and just talked about something other than supernatural, we're all going to die bullshit. I don't remember when the last time that was. We've had no time for anything other then that stupid dead pool, but now it was different.

"Okay, so dinner tonight, my place, wear something nice." He said with a smirk as we neared our house. I laughed at his proposal.

"Is this asking me on a date or giving me commands?" I asked looking at him.

"I just don't want you saying no." He said with a smirk. I leaned up and kissed him quick.

"What makes you think I'd say no?" I asked rendering him speechless. "I'll see you at 7. Love ya." I said as I turned and made my way into my house. I smiled to myself as he stood there in the middle of the sidewalk for a second before smiling and walking into his own.
