As she looked out from the balcony, both hands resting on the grill, she noted the silence and sadness that swept from the colony up to faraway. The blue blaze of the evening was encroaching as birds returned to their homes. A heavy feeling weighed on the wind as uneventful, colourless scenes played out before her eyes, compelling her to return to her room. There was no way she could sleep today. She couldn't stop thinking about Farhan's injury and it made her restless.

Laying down silently, she began to read verse Al.kursi. Sure enough, after a few minutes, she had fallen fast asleep.

The next morning she awoke to realize that without him, she felt like she would die. That's when she reached for her phone and set up another chance to meet.

After waiting at the university cafe for five minutes worried, she hears her name spoken like a soft breeze from Farhan's lips. It had such affection in it and it overwhelmed her like an incoming tide on the shore.

As they talked, he seemed to watch her like a child viewing magic for the first time and it left an empty hole when their meeting ended. It was so hard to see his reactions and yet be unable to say anything as her heart fell more and more in love as her mind fought against the reality of her feelings. So young, so innocent her heart was like warm wax being moulded by the hands of a stranger. A stranger with whom she was falling in love, not understanding how or why.

People drown in your eyes

People are waiting for hours
To get just a glimpse of you
People die on your senses
But
I love you
Neither because of these eyes
Nor because of your beauty
I love you
Because of your heart and kindness

Eman whispered it while thinking about today's meeting,

This time they were both watching each other closely as if it was the first time, so closely in fact that they could see their reflections perfectly in each other's eyes. Capturing the other breath with each inhale, the sound of his watch tick...tick.... ticking so quietly, that if a needle was dropped, it would be heard as it met with the ground. With forgotten breaths and unblinking eyes, almost like statues, Eman and Farhan looked at each other, not seeing anything else but their desires to get lost in each other eyes.

The most important thing is humans should understand that the voice she loved was a star in darkness but of what kind? Star which helps her in darkness or star which leaves her in the middle of darkness. Men should think, following the voice you love without thinking is how much helpful or how much terrible and harmful...
