Subaru X Depressed!

I was hiding and crying. subaru found one of his oh so precious knives in my room and started yelling at me as he noticed blood was on it. he didn't ask what the blood was but i hear his shouts as he storms to my room again and opened the closet to find my cowering in a ball.

"y/n! what did you use my knife for! WHY THE HELL IS IT BLOODY" he yells. i cry more unable to answer his simple question. subaru's red eyes pierce my mind and makes it impossible to collect myself. his gaze softens after a moment and he crouches next to me. "y/n?" he says a bit mor nicely. i glance up and see he's holding a hand out. confused i hold his hand.

before i can thing much of what's going on he lifts up my sleeve and sees bandages covering my arm. shocked i pull away however subaru just picks me up and sets me on his lap. i stay silent as he holds me.

"how long?" he asks quietly.

i stay silent for a moment as he tightens his grip and asks again. "a month or two." i say barely audible. 

subaru nods. i was shocked after a week i haven't been caught. not only does my blood smell much stronger when out of my body my tolerance has drastically dropped. "why?"

"pain just emotional pain and i needed to balance it out." i mumble. subaru nods and holds me closer.

"Meinu~chan!" i hear laito call out. i sigh and go to get up. the youngest brother growls holding me on his lap not letting me go.

"no you're staying here with me and we're going to talk this out." he growls. shocked i nod and start explaining when i first noticed my mental drainage. i explain how i felt like shit 24/7 and how i did my best to hide everything. i tell him how i was skeptical the pain would do anything since i'm drained of blood every day but was shocked with how much better i felt. i started doing it more often and soon i did it at lunch every day in the bathroom. i tell him how it felt amazing to be in control for once and how i couldn't stop. it was for my sanity that i kept doing this.

"i'm sorry subaru for using your knife. i lost my razor today and was freaking out so i borrowed it. i was going to clean it before giving back though i swear. i left to grab a rag." i finish leaning into the albinos warm chest.

"don't do it again understand" he growls. i nod and yawn. it was nice and cosy as both of us were still in the closet. subaru begins to hum and i fall asleep in his arms.
