a/n during prisoner of azkaban first trip to hogsmeade

i was in line with my permission slip for yet another year to hogsmeade. i only go for the candy at honeydukes and the jokes at zonkos. I am a 5th year gryffindor and some of my best friends are lee, fred, and george. i'm closer to the twins though but still friends with lee. fred, george and i plan out pranks perfectly and execute them flawlessly. we head out but the twins stay behind for a moment telling harry something. they quickly catch up to me while lee wandered off on his own.

"so what did you have to tell harry" i question.

"oh it was nothing. just the map we snagged from first year. we think that he needs it more than us, we do know the school like the back of our hands." fred explains. i nod and we head to zonkos. smiling i nod.

"so we were thinking of this new prank. it may take a bit to put into action then we need to find a target to test it on." george says.

"what are you thinking of?" i ask.

"well they're sweets that have negative effects. like turning them into canary human hybrids or lengthening their tongue. we still have everything going on and working for the joke shop. hopefully mom doesn't find any of the paper work." fred says. i nod and laugh slightly.

"that sounds amazing. let's get some materials and find a place to work then." i suggest and we begin to look around the store for what to use. me being an excellent witch AND baker we get ingredients for simple recipes and then find some stuff to make them troublesome.

"where should we make them?" george asks us.

"no one ever goes into the shrieking shack. there can't be anything actually in there and it probably has a bunch resources to make everything." i suggest. the two look at me stunned and grin nodding brightly.

we head to the shrieking shack and see malfoy and his goons watching the house as though it was not just an abandoned house but a giant who is kind. we ignore them and start to head up the hill. we go in through the gate and start looking for a way to get the boards off. i always find something convenient especially when I have two master minds with me as well. once the wood has been pulled off a back window we enter and start to make our concoction. Before we add the spell the twins taste test my toffee smiling brightly.

"amazing y/n. this will taste amazing and be least suspecting until-"fred begins.

"WHAM! their tongue grows rapidly until it can't fit into their mouths!" george finishes. we laugh and continue to work until it was time to go back to hogwarts. we laugh while starting to talk about prices and other pranks such as shampoo that temporarily turns your hair into snakes. that one sounds amazing and would be hilarous to see percy with medusa hair.

we head to the common room and work on paper work for our future joke shop. before hitting the hay i stand up and stretch. "gonna go to bed now." i say looking at my watch that read 11:58. i smile and gred and feorge get up as well nodding.

"yeah that sounds like a good idea." feorge says. i smile and kiss their cheeks before going to bed. the next morning when i wake up i have to explain to the stoked twins that i kissed them as a friendly way to say goodnight.
