"Mara had nightmares that night," Aiden says.

"She dreamt of many horrible things that night."

"She dreamt about waiting until a later chapter to find out!"

Aiden slaps his knee and shouts," HA GOTEEM!" And dies laughing.

"I told ya'lls dumbasses, there would be no shortage of cliffhangers in this story."

Aiden winks at you,"But there's a little sneak peak in this Chapter."

Aiden disappears,"Your welcome bitches!" He says as he fades.

                                                                              :/

"No."

"No please!"

"Leave him alone please!"

"NOOOOO!"

With a horrific cry, Mara sprang up.

Gasping for breath, she pressed her hand against her chest, and feels her heart pounding faster than she had ever felt it beat before.

"Hey!" Mara felt a hand touch her shoulder.

With a shriek Mara jumped away from the hand.

"Woah!" Alan said."Take it easy! It's just me."

Mara sat back down and tried to catch her breath. What was I dreaming about? She wondered.

"She won't find this out for a long time." Aiden says.(He still remains unseen to both your eyes and the story's characters eyes.)

"What happened?" Alan asked, a hint of worry creeping into his voice.

"It's nothing Alan." Mara said."If you need to worry about anyone, it's yourself."

"Well sorry!" Alan remarked."I'm just glad your fat head isn't on my chest any more."

"Whaaaaaaa?" Mara could feel a blush crawling onto her face.

"Yeah, in the middle of the night, you rolled over here in your sleep and started using me as your own personal pillow." Alan said with a smirk. Amusement laced in his voice.

"I don't believe that for a second!" Mara snapped, feeling a violent burn on her face.

Alan pulls out his phone. Mara doesn't even question why it's shaped like a simple rectangle, things were getting so weird.

He shows a picture of the scene. He had basically taken a selfie, he appeared to be half-asleep and trying to contain heavy laughter.

Mara had literally crawled under the blanket, and was using Alan's chest as a pillow.

There was no denying it at this point.

But before Alan could give her a hard time about it, he started coughing fitfully. A small flow of blood ran down the side of his mouth.

"This is allot worse than it looks like isn't it?" Mara asked Alan hesitantly.

"I think my injuries are what my kind call, 'internal injuries.'" Alan said.

"What does that mean?" Mara asked.

"It means there's something wrong with me on the inside."

"You'll still be okay though right?" Mara said.

Alan broke eye contact with her.

"You will be okay right?" Mara repeated.

Alan looked up at her and looked her i the eyes."If I don't get a proper doctors help, then no. No I won't."

"There has to be someone here who can treat me," Alan says."Right?"

"It'll be risky but..." Now it's Mara's turn to break eyes contact.

"But what Mara?" Alan persists.

Mara sighs and looks back up at him.

"I know an Inkling." Mara says.

"Cool," Alan said."But will they help us?"

"Yes," Mara says confidently."Yes she will."

"At the Inkopolis Institute of Science and History. There's an Inkling who's dedicated her life to studying humans."

"Cool, who is she?"

"Her name's Cyborgchan. CC for short."

"Okay, and what can she do to help us?" Alan asked.

"CC has an advanced position in the government, or in the Scientific area of it."

"She's dedicated her life to studying humans and all of the strange human devices we find."

Alan started to get a little excited."Well where can we find her and all of this stuff."

Mara sucked in a nervous breath."I said she's at the Inkopolis Institute of Science."

"Cool," Alan said. He stood up."Let's go!"

"We can't just stroll in!" Mara says."You'll be seen."

"Well..."Alan thought for a moment."If I get something to cover my hair then..."

"What?" Mara questioned.

"But I could just stroll in,"Alan said."I look like Inklings, I just need something to cover my hair, then I'm good!"

Mara thought for a moment.

"Are you sure?" She said."If you're, caught then I won't be able to help what there others might do to you."

"I'd rather take the risk then just sit here and die."

Mara sighed. She knew there was no talking Alan out of those now that the idea was in his head.
