A/N
Sorry I'mma have to pull a yeet on you guys. New modivation hit me earlier, so forgot I said anything about pausing this.

       Pow!                                Boom!
                       Boom!
Pew!!
                                     Pow!

The air was filled with the sound of gunshots. Alan noted that some of the Inkopolins were excellent shots.

There was one Inkling girl that caught his eye though. She was using double pistols and was by far one of the most accurate person he had ever seen. He was about to walk over to ask her where she got thr skill, but Mara beat him to it.

"Where did you learn ro shoot like that?" She asked. Mara had paid the range allot of visits on her own time and had never seen anyone who could shoot double pistols that accurately.

(Double pistols are an excellent gun combo, but their big disadvantage is accuracy. Your hands will sway allot because you don't have 2 hands to stabilize the gun and you can't aim all that well either)

The girl blushed and said,"I usually use Dualies in Turf War, so this doesn't really feel any different."

Mara nodded and thought for a moment. The Inkopolins that were shooting good we're Inkopolins that were shooting guns that were similar to thr guns they usually used in Turf War or Ranked back in Inkopolis. Ethan, for example, used a very large variety of guns back in Inkopolis, and here he was an excellent shot with an AK-47, which was an all-rounder kind of gun.

(You can change it to me automatic or semi-automatic. This makes it good for a close range fight in auto mode, or for a mid-range or long-range you can put it on semi-auto)

"What's your name?" Mara asked. The girl looked shocked that Mara was having a conversation with her, and Mara noted this with amusement.

"O-Olivia" She stuttered."I already know who you are Agent 3."

Mara shook her head."Please, call Mara."

Olivia blushed and said,"Okay... Mara."

Mara nodded with satisfaction."What made you choose to join the humans on the expedition yesterday?"

Olivia pondered this question for a moment before saying,"Well, I guess because I was scared of dying. Umm, and because I really don't have anything to lose."

"What so you mean?"

"Well, when I was younger, me and my family lived in a small town on the outskirts of Inkopolis. A strange sickness came through and... Almost everyone died, including my family. Me and the survivors fled to Inkopolis. Since then, I've lived alone. And when the humans came along with their offer, well, I had nothing to lose and I chose to join."

"Aren't you sad about your family?" Mara said, noticing the girl didn't really show much reaction other than hesitation when she told her story.

Olivia nodded,"I am, but I don't hold on to it. I let most of the emotion regarding their deaths go a long time ago. And I hope that they'll be waiting for me when I die."

"Mara!" Alan called.

"Okay, I've gotta go."Mara said."It was nice meeting you Olivia."

Olivia blushed again and said,"You too!" Before returning to practice her shooting.

"What is it Alan?" Mara said.

"Check it out?" Alan said, pointing Melody, who was reloading after emptying a clip on the human shaped target. Mara's eyes widened when Melody emptyed the clip on the target, hitting headshots on the target with every single bullet in the clip, not missing a single shot.

"Holy shit!" Mara said. She doesn't curse that much, but this was a moment that deserved it.

"Melody where did you learn to shoot like that?" Mara gasped in disbelief.

Melody shrugged and said,"Fortnite."

Alan started dying at that moment, laughing so hard he was banging his fist against the wall. Several other people and Inkopolins were laughing too, having heard the girl's statement.

Mara rolled her eyes, smiling and laughing her ass off internally.

I knew I shouldn't've let that girl play those stupid games! Then she couldn't help it, and Mara too, started laughing
