"Okay the most important thing to remember is never ever, even with the safety on, and even unloaded, never point your gun at someone else." Alan said to the Inkopolins.
The Inkopolins fidgeted nervously more than ever.
"Why the hell do we have to do this!" An Octoling boy exclaimed."I left my home to come here, being told I was gonna be safe! Do why am I training to fight?!"
Alan looked the Octoling in the eye. He walked up to him and looked him eye-to-eye.
"Do you want to live?" He said.
"Definitely," the Octoling snarled."But I want to know why I left my home for this bullshit!"
Alan looked at him for a few seconds.
"You got allot of balls to sticking up against me with the leader sitting right there. How about you stop protesting and show some respe-"
The Octoling boy cut Alan off with a punch to the face.
Alan stumbled back before the Octoling lunging at him with a snarl.
Alan ducked, but the Octoling knew he was going to do this and landed a kick in Alan's face.
Alan stumbled back, shocked but this move. The Octoling took this opportunity to pounce on Alan and pin him down. He pulled back a fist, ready to knock the shit out of Alan.
Then Mara got a good look at the Octolings face and a look of recognition came across her face.
     "Ethan?!" She exclaimed."Stop!!!"
The Octoling looked at her. His eyes widened.
"3?" He said. Alan too this chance to throw the Octoling off. Then they were reversed.
"Alan stop!!!" Mara shouted, running forward and grabbing Alan's arm, stopping him from slamming his fist into the Octolings face.
"Why?" He snarled, glaring at the Octoling with his multi-colored eyes. Everyone could see them, little did he know, and they were staring hard.
"He's an old friend!" Mara exclaimed."Agent 9! Ethan! We knew each other for a while, even did a few missions together!"
Alan looked at her for a moment. But her eyes were full of nothing but truth. He stood up and helped Ethan to his feet. He brushed himself off and reached his hand out.
"Sorry man," he said."I didn't realize you were her friend."
Ethan took it and they shook hands."It's alright man, sorry I overreacted there. I'm normally really chill, but I snapped because I just miss home."
"It's alright dude, I know how ya feel." Alan said.
Alan gave Mara that,We'll talk about this later look and she nodded.
He turned back to the group of Inkopolins, brushing his hair back down.
"I apologize for that delay, who's ready to get started?"
