You felt a harsh breeze whip your hair around your face as the ground disappeared from under you. Your eyes fluttered open to see the bright blue sky. Both above and below you. Your eyes widened in alarm as you realised what was going on. You screamed at the top of your lungs as you dropped to the ground.

You twisted your body in the air, attempting to regain your balance. But it was no use, your body continued to twist and turn in the air against your will. You held your breath as you neared the ground. This was gonna hur-

Your body crashed through the tree, breaking nearly all of its branches. You then felt a white hot sensation as one of the tree's branches pierced you through the stomach. Blood dripped from your wound as you coughed out an alarming amount of blood. The amount of pain you felt at that moment was blinding, and quite frankly you were not sure if you could stay awake.

With a great amount of effort, you rolled over to your side and fell out of the tree. You sucked in a sharp breath as the branch dug deeper into your stomach upon landing, and hissed in pain. Your hand inched towards the bloodied branch and it hovered over its tip.

"Ngh...!" You grunted in pain as you forced yourself up. You then warily eyed the branch and breathed in deeply. "Okay, we can do this." You wrapped your hands around the branch and counted to three. You then yanked it out. Your screams could be heard from a mile away as the citizens of this timeline looked around in confusion.

You cried silently as your stiff fingers hovered over the open wound. To your relief, the wound soon closed up. It looked as if you hadn't just been pierced in the gut with a branch. You sighed and let your body drop to the ground as you threw the nearly fatal branch to the side.

"Even if I am immortal, I can still feel pain." You mumbled. The tree's leaves tousled in the wind as you rested your exhausted body, silently listening to the sounds of nature. A set of voices soon knocked you out of your thoughts and you sat up in alarm.

"I'm sure that it was around here somewhere." Your eyes widened and you whipped your head in all directions, desperately searching for a fireplace. As the voices got closer, you immediately dove for the bushes. You then peaked through the tiny leaves and watched as four children walked by. You immediately recognised who these children were.

Abercrombie eyed the broken tree with suspicion and crossed his arms over his chest.

"How weird. What do ya think made this dent?" He questioned. Reno shrugged and crouched down in front of the tree.

"Dunno, but whatever did cause this must be somewhere around here." The clown stated. You swallowed hard. You had to find a way to get away from them. You needed to find the other feathers of Tsubasa. You were about to crawl backwards when a fifth person joined the party, making your eyes widen.

"Hey guys." Astro greeted. The others turned towards him and smiled.

"Hey Astro. Did you hear the screams too?" Ajeero questioned. Astro nodded. He then turned towards the tree and frowned.

"I wonder what caused that." Astro wondered out loud. Kennedy shrugged in response.

"Who knows. Maybe it was a robot." Kennedy suggested. Reno hummed in thought and nodded in agreement.

"Perhaps." You clenched your fists tightly and bit your lip. You then shook your head. You needed to get out of here before you were discovered. You pushed yourself backwards as quietly as possible. Something then brushed over your hand, making you squeak in surprise.

The others whipped their heads in your direction as their eyes widened. You froze as their attention instantly locked onto the bush you were hiding in. You then felt a pair of hands grip you by your upper arms softly.
