Gears of the heart

You gripped your broken nose as it healed itself while you rolled around on the ground in pain.

"Owwwww!" You groaned. You then sat up and looked to your right to see Astro gripping his face in the same manner you previously had. He then groaned and sat up and looked at you in confusion.

"Huh? What the?" Astro muttered in confusion. His eyes then widened and he looked you up and down. "Um, who are you?" He questioned.

"Red!" Both you and Astro jumped and turned to see Alpha running towards you. Astro pulled a face as Alpha helped you up. He then looked behind the two of you to see the whole group of Astros and Y/ns who've accompanied you on your adventure.

"Astros? Y/ns? Oh no, don't tell me that there's another scandal." Astro said knowingly. Robot walked up to him and helped him up while grinning sheepishly at him.

"Heh heh heh, hey Gears." Robot greeted. Starfire crossed her arms as she stood in front of Gears. 

"So, where's Heart?" She questioned. You furrowed your brow in confusion.

"Robot? Starfire? You know him?" You questioned. Robot nodded.

"Yeah, he and his Y/n had also joined us on our trip to save the timelines." Robot explained. Starfire frowned and tapped her foot in impatience.

"Oi! Gear-head! Where's Heart!?" Starfire yelled. Gears sweat dropped while Robot sighed and shook his head.

"Um, it's Gears. And Y/n is hanging out with Cora at the junkya-"

"Junkyard? Got it." Without further delay, Starfire grabbed Sapphire by the shirt and dragged her towards the junkyard. Sapphire followed behind Starfire, curious as to who this Heart character was.

Gears frowned at the two lookalikes. He then turned towards Robot and gestured to the two of them with his thumb.

"There's TWO of them now?" Robot sweat dropped and chuckled nervously while shrugging. Truce bit his lip and leaned towards Little.

"Hey, how do you do it? Not dying and all while annoying Starfire." Truce questioned. Little blinked at him. He then shrugged. King rested his hand on Little's head and he turned towards the reluctant robot.

"My guess is that Starfire is slightly nicer than Sapphire." King presumed. Truce grimaced and looked off to the side.

"Great, so my Y/n is literally the worst Y/n out there." He mumbled. Little and King both bursted out laughing while Princess looked at them in confusion. Pandora put her hands into her pockets as she looked around.

"Nothing seems to be wrong here. Are you sure there is a feather of Tsubasa here?" Pandora questioned. You furrowed your brow and looked over this new timeline. You then twisted your body towards this timeline's Astro and addressed him.

"Um, has anything strange been happening lately?" You questioned. Gears eyed you confusedly. He then hummed in thought.

"Um, no, not that I can think of. Why? What's going on?" You pressed your lips into a thin line. You then glanced up at Alpha.

"Can you explain please? I'm going to go look for any signs of trouble." You told. Alpha nodded and began to explain the situation to Gears who nodded understandingly. Meanwhile, you had begun searching the city for any sightings of the unusual.

Starfire kicked the head of a broken robot as both she and Sapphire walked along the dirt path in the junkyard. Sapphire looked over the piles of junk and held her hands behind her head.
