Her Wish

Blind gasped for breath as she ran towards the city as fast as her legs could carry her. The rain hit against her skin like rapid fire, drenching her within seconds. In her arms, Y/n breathed heavily as blood leaked from his wounds. Ahead of her, she could see Alpha and Truce exiting the ministry of science while chatting.

Blind smiled in relief and ran forwards.

"Alpha! Tru-ah!" Blind's foot got caught on a crack on the pavement and she fell forwards, dropping Y/n in the process. Blind gasped as Y/n began to cough out a heavy amount of blood as he rolled along the ground. The moment the two boys caught wind of Y/n's condition, they gasped and raced towards him.

"Blind! Y/n!? What happened!?" Alpha cried as Truce scooped Y/n into his arms. Blind trembled and her legs wobbled. Tears pricked the corners of her eyes and they began to stream down her face as her lips turned blue from the bitter cold.

"Arvo...he's back...! Right now he's fighting Astro. He...shot Y/n!" Blind cried. Alpha and Truce's eyes widened.

"W-what about your gun?" Truce questioned. Blind gritted her teeth and banged her fist on the hard pavement.

"I left the bloody thing back in the other timeline! I...it's my fault that Arvo is enraged." Blind whispered. Alpha frowned. He then unsheathed his sword.

"Truce, take Y/n and Blind back to the ministry of science. He needs immediate medical attention." Alpha stated. Truce nodded. He then turned towards Blind and gestured towards the ministry of science. 

"Come on, let's go." He urged. Blind bit her lip and clenched her fists. She then shook her head and stood to her feet.

"No, this should be my battle. Arvo has so much he needs to pay for. I can't just let him-"

"I'm sorry but you're useless without your gun." Alpha stated as he turned towards her, making her eyes widen. He then reached forwards and rested his hand on her shoulder and gave it a comforting squeeze. "You should be here with Y/n. They may need you." Blind gnawed at her bottom lip and nodded solemnly. She then allowed Truce to tug her into the ministry of science and gave Alpha one wait glance. He gave her an encouraging smile and took off for the skies.

"Please be careful..." She whispered and followed Truce into the building while Alpha went to confront Arvo.

Astro and Arvo fired multiple rounds of bullets at each other as the thunder roared around them. The rain dampened the ground and mud puddles began to form beneath their feet.

Arvo shot up into the air and fired multiple lasers at Astro. Astro jumped to the side and followed Arvo into the air. He then threw a punch at him but Arvo ducked and flew down. Astro frowned and used the machine guns on his behind to shoot Arvo down.

Arvo winced as the bullets impaled his skin. He then pointed his gun at him and fired multiple lasers at him. Astro flew upwards and into the storm clouds in an attempt to dodge the bullets.

As he was driven into the clouds, lightning struck his body, making him cry out. Astro plummeted towards the earth as smoke rose off his body. Arvo smirked and took this as his chance to continue with his onslaught.

Arvo kicked Astro in the back, sending him flying towards the ground. Astro's eyes widened as his back cracked against the ground. The mud stuck to his clothes and they began to weigh down on him.

Arvo landed on the ground and slowly approached Astro. Astro groaned and pushed himself into a seated position. He was then thrown back and cried out in pain as Arvo pierced his shoulder with a spear. Arvo then reached forwards and grabbed him by the throat forcefully and lifted him high up in the air. Astro gritted his teeth together and kicked his legs in an attempt to break free.
