You spat out a leaf as you, Astro and Y/n dragged yourselves through the woods. Y/n pulled a twig out of her hair and dumped it on the ground while Astro dusted himself off. He then sighed and turned towards you questioningly.
"Hey, do you always appear at random places when you travel between timelines?" He questioned. You sweat dropped and nodded.
"Yeah. I can't quite control where in each timeline we might end up. honestly I'm still getting used to this." You admitted. Y/n pulled a face and gave you an inquiring look.
"But I thought you said that you have been doing this for a long time." She pointed out, instantly making you freeze up.
"W-well...I still haven't gotten the hang of it, so I've kind of given up controlling it." You admitted and looked off to the side. Y/n continued to give you a contemplating look before she shrugged it off and held her hands behind her head as she walked.
"Soooo, how come you're traveling across the timelines?" She questioned. You glanced back at Y/n and frowned slightly. You then stopped. Y/n and Astro also stopped and turned towards you questioningly.
"I...I'm traveling across the timelines because..." You clenched your fists and bit your lip. Y/n and Astro raised their eyebrows at you, waiting for you to answer.
You breathed in as memories from your old life arose. You then shook your head and looked back at both Y/n and Astro.
"Listen to me, if you're both really willing to help me, then you both need to know why I'm fighting. So I need your undevided attention." You told. Y/n and Astro both frowned and nodded. The two of them then sat down on the ground and looked up at you.
"We're listening." You nodded and folded your hands together in front of you. You then breathed in and let your eyes flutter closed.
"The reason I'm fighting so hard is because I need to separate the lives of every Y/n from...her..." You muttered, unsure of what to call yourself. Astro furrowed his brow at this.
"I don't get it...who's her?" He questioned. You thought for a moment before answering.
"She's a Y/n...but people call her Seventh." Y/n blinked at you in surprise.
"Seventh? Why that name?" You turned towards her.
"Because of the supreme court of seven. That court is made up of seven beings who house the seven souls inside of their bodies." You explained. Y/n pulled a face. She then spared a quick glance towards Astro before giving you her undivided attention.
"So, how come you need to separate our lives from hers?" She questioned. You clenched your fists tightly and visibly shook. Your gut churned at the mere mention of the truth.
"Because...if she dies, then every Y/n in all of the universes, will die..." Y/n's eyes widened as well as Astro's. You let out a shaky breath and straightened. "A being called Error is after Seventh's life, and we can't take any risks." You told.
Y/n and Astro sat there in silence, completely astonished by what they had just heard. Astro then grabbed hold of Y/n's hand and squeezed it.
"So, if we let this Error person kill Seventh...then Y/n will die...?" You nodded solemnly, guilty about the trouble you were causing them because of who you were. Y/n pressed her lips into a thin line and stood up.
"This isn't just some silly scandal. We need help. Red, you said that if we were to collect these feathers of Tsubasa, then we'd be able to separate the lives of the Y/ns from Seventh. We can't do this on our own, we need others." Y/n explained. Astro turned towards her and nodded in agreement.
