History with friends

Aria "Is that why you haven't gone to school? You didn't want me to know?"

Spencer "I was afraid of what you would think."

Aria "Spencer, I liked you before I found out, and my thoughts haven't changed."

Spencer "You're not the only person who told me that, and they left me anyways."

     Aria's heart broke for Spencer. Others told her they would be there for her and then left.

Spencer "I had a friend once. His name was Toby. I met him when I was five. Our whole friendship I told him I was a girl, because that's how I felt. I told him I was boy when I was nine. He said he was cool with it, but randomly one day he said he couldn't be my friend anymore. His parents stopped coming over for dinner and then they moved away."

Aria "Do you think it was his parents?"

Spencer  "I know it was them. Toby was a real friend to me...and he was taken away just because people don't understand."

Aria "People judge what they don't understand."

     Spencer nodded and walked into the bathroom to brush her hair. As she did, a question came into her mind.

Spencer "How did you find out where I live?"

Aria "Uh...-"

Spencer "Mr. Fitz gave you my file."

     Aria nodded in response and Spencer went back to doing her hair. She wasn't surprised. She asked Mr. Fitz for Aria's file and the shorter girl had done the same. Though it was a bit scary that she now knew where she lived. But at least Aria didn't run away like she thought, but it was only a matter of time.
