Aria walked into her house to grab some clothes. She was going to be spending some time with Spencer while they were still on Christmas break. Her fiancé was in her car outside waiting. Aria saw her parents and brother in the living room. Mike played video games on his phone while Byron and Ella stared at their daughter.
Aria "Hey Guys."
Byron "When were you planning on telling us?"
Aria "Wh-What are you talking about?"
Ella "Veronica stopped by and asked if I was excited to be a grandmother."
Aria looked down and covered her ring with her other hand.
Byron "Don't try to hide it, we already know about that too. Peter told me he's happy to have you as a daughter in law."
Aria "Mom Dad I was going to tell you! A lot of things were just going. It took me weeks to tell Spencer and we told her parents five hours ago!"
Aria looked at her little brother. Mike looked at her apologetically then back at his phone. The small girl's phone buzzed and she took it out of her pocket.
Spencer: You okay?
Ella "Is that Spencer?"
Aria "Yea. She's waiting for me outside."
Byron "Ask her to come in."
Aria: My parents want to talk to you
Aria: They know
