The last few days on vacations were up and down. Aria was constantly throwing up and Spencer had to cover for her so her family wouldn't know. Mike's twisted ankle got worse and he wasn't able to snowboard so he sat on the couch complaining. Byron threw out his back during the competition and him and Spencer came in last place. Ella got an allergic reaction from the store bought cake.
But, every night they had a nice dinner and sat around the table talking. Aria and Spencer cuddled near the fire when everyone was around the house and discussed their future. Today, everyone was packing to go home. Spencer put her and Aria's suitcases in the trunk. Mike decided to ride home with his parents. The couple drove home while listening to the radio.
Spencer "So...I was thinking about dropping you off and paying Alex a visit."
Aria "...can I go?"
Spencer "...Um..I mean, it's just a hi and goodbye you know? In and out."
Aria "Well I want to at least say hi."
Spencer "Aria, you're pregnant. I trust her but....I don't want her to hurt you. Maybe another time."
Aria nodded in acceptance and looked out of the window. It was nice that Spencer was worried about her and didn't want anyone to hurt her, but was that the only reason she didn't want her to see her sister?
