Who sent the picture?

Toby got out of bed and walked into the living room. Connor sat on the couch with a cup of coffee, watching the news.

Connor "People are (cw)ing crazy."

The officer sat down next to him and looked at his friend strangely.

Toby "Do you remember what happened last night?"

Connor "Nothing. I've got a splitting headache though."

Toby "You got drunk. I took you here."

Connor nodded and took a sip of his coffee.

Connor "Thanks."

Toby poured himself some coffee and drank it with a bagel. He went into his room and got dressed in his uniform. He came out and grabbed his keys. He and Connor got into Toby's truck and drove to the station for work. Toby gave his friend worried glances throughout the ride.

When they walked into the station, Connor went to his office without another word. Toby headed to his desk where Spencer was standing. He walked up to her and smiled.

Toby "Hey Spence, What are you doing here?"

Spencer "I need to talk to you. I was gonna go to Tanner but I wanted to speak to you first."

Toby noticed her serious face and dropped his smile. He sat down at his desk and signed in to his computer.

Toby "What's going on?"

Spencer "The whole school knows. Noel Khan sent a picture to everyone...I think."

Toby "What do you mean..."think"?

Spencer "It was sent from a unknown number, but I know it was him."

Toby knew Noel from when he was little. Noel and his jerk of friends used to make fun of him and Spencer and teased them about being so close. He knew it was most likely Noel that did this and wanted so much to punch him.

Toby "I'll talk to Tanner about it."

Spencer nodded and left the station, grateful that her old friend was back in town.
