     Spencer hold her nephew while making funny faces at him.

Spencer "He looks like Markus.

Alex "I know. He's adorable."

     Spencer looks at her sister before sighing.

Spencer "I didn't just come to see him. I need to talk to someone."

Alex "You can't talk to Toby?

Spencer "No. I definitely can't talk to him about this."

Alex "What is it?"

Spencer "(Sigh)...I still love her."

Alex "Oh Spence come on."

Spencer "You don't understand. I need Aria, I love her."

Alex "No Spence, what about Toby?

Spencer "I love him too but-"

Alex "But What?! He didn't chase after you just to be tossed away. I understand that seeing her again brought back these feeling but you have to think about Toby! He loves you Spencer he always has! Stop leading him on!"

     Spencer sighs. She never thought about Toby's feelings. He had asked her to tell him if she was thinking about leaving him for Aria, but he shouldn't have to. Spencer should be for faithful to him instead of thinking about an ex that left her years ago.

     Mason starts to whine so she hands him back to mother and stands up from her chair.

Spencer "I need to talk to her."

Alex "Just think about it before you make a move on her. Remember, she moved on too."

     Spencer hugs her sister and kisses her nephews forehead. She passes Markus in the hall as he comes back with food for his girlfriend. She says goodbye to him and leaves the hospital, driving to Aria's house. What a coincidence that they both live in California?
