Lightpiece in Heart

"Hey Slyver, what are you doing ?" Ask Green.
"I'm doing meditation. Anyway, what's that ?" Ask Slyver back.
"Oh this ?" Said Green, as he look at his amulet.
"This is just a placeholder. Well, for a nightmare ? I have nightmares all the time." Said Green.

As they were having a conversation. Arcanic showed up. He then went to them to know what they were talking about.

"So, you're doing meditation to help you calm down... And you're using amulet to prevent you from getting nightmares ?" Said Arcanic with an awkward face.
"Yeah." Said Slyver.
"Alright... Maybe it's actually been for a while. I need to get things straight..." Arcanic mumbled, he then called everyone to his room.

At his room... Arcanic let everyone sit down. Then, he stand up.

"Alright... I've been hearing news about potions and talismans and spiritual-related activities. And I am sick of it. The fact that they ignore what this say... (Pointing at a book) has driven me crazy." Said Arcanic.
"What is that ?" Ask William.
"This is a guidance book. And not just any book, litteraly this came from a god. Well, even though I earn a copy ones but this has proven original. And I'm going to be honest, to me... This has proven to be more accurate. It has a lot of secrets, activities, history of life that we didn't even know. So I'm here, getting you back to the right path." Said Arcanic.

Everyone got confused and awkward on his word. Arcanic noticed this and started to open the book he's holding.

"I'm going to read you a piece from this book. And you need to tell me, what that means. Sounds good ?" Ask Arcanic.
"Sure. Go ahead." Said Yuko.

"Alright, first..." Said Arcanic.

For those believers are those who, believe when I is mentioned, feel a tremor in their hearts, when they hear MY signs rehearsed. Find their faith strengthen, and put their trust to ME.

"Any of you understand this piece ?" Ask Arcanic.

Everyone stare in confusion, some tried to answer but Arcanic seems disagree. Then, Crystal raise her hand.

"The creator of this, all of this, universe with it's content. We, as the creation, must believe in all times. Therefore, giving us a strong will and trust." Said Crystal.

Arcanic stopped for a moment to think... Then, he clapped his hand.

"Very good. Now you see ? We are the creation. We are no more than that, and you decided to do what people believe ? Are they believe in god ?" Ask Arcanic.
"I'll tell you a story... This you might heard, maybe not... But here goes." Said Arcanic.

There once a human, very first human, named Adam. Adam was the human that live in the heaven. One day, he felt lonely. Seeing this, the god created another human named Eve. They then lived together in a happy life, until one day... They did something terribly wrong. The god said to them to not eat this fruit, or something will go bad because of them. Seeing this, satans tried their best to make them eat the fruit. Adam, was not interested in this. Seeing this, they did the same thing to Eve, and Eve unfortunately had fallen to the trap. What's worse, she pursue Adam to eat it as well. Then, they both ate it... The god noticed this and angered to them. Then, they were descended to the world, they both descended separately from each other. Days after days of looking, Adam plead for forgiveness, but didn't receive any answer. He then noticed something, he noticed a name... A name that was put beside the god's name. Seeing this, Adam used it to plead for help to the god. The god then asked "Why did you ever mention his name ?" Adam replied "Not even me, you put it beside your name, so my logic... That figure you put beside your own name, must be someone very special." Hearing this, the god then responded to Adam's help. Then, shortly after, they found each other on a mountain. Adam thanked that he had found his loved one after a very long time. Then, they lived their rest of their lives on this world. The world we know, and to put that too... We, are their children.

"There has been a confusion whether we are actually their children, because at times researchers have discovered human-like activities long ago before this happened. So, only god knows." Said Arcanic.
"So, what's that related to our activity ?" Ask Arcanic.
"To be honest, I strongly advised you to quit it. Because, mystic powers, and even magic powers can often mislead and cause disbelief." Said Arcanic.
"Your amulet... Or whatever you want to call it, is imbued with something evil, that true... Might prevent you from getting nightmares. But there's actually a better way to deal with nightmares." Said Arcanic.
"Okay..." Green nodded.
"First, let's talk about dreaming... Nice dreams come from the god, and nightmares come from satans. And to deal with it is actually easy. First, when you woke up, put your hands beside each other, like you're praying. Then, say this 'god almighty of all. You give me sustenance and health. Please, I beg for your help, to let this dream away from me. Only you, the one, can heal any wounds' then you blow it in your hands and rub it on your face. Once you done that, clean yourself with water." Said Arcanic.
"That sounds strange..." Said Green.
"Because it is, people often didn't know this, and that's what makes disbelief. Trust me, and the god, that this is the right answer to your problem. I'm putting my name on it." Said Arcanic.
"Okay, thank you..." Green thanked, he then removed his amulet and threw it away.
"And for you Slyver, I wouldn't suggest meditate, instead... Read this book." Said Arcanic, as he handed the book to Slyver.
"It'll cure your problems, and may as well get some knowledge too." Said Arcanic.
"Is it really that easy ?" Slyver hesitated.
"I know, but often we didn't believe it because of how easy it is. People often love difficulties while there's an easy way to do it." Said Arcanic.
"Oh, I have a question." Said Crystal.
"Yes ?" Ask Arcanic.
"I've noticed that in the book, you're born with pairs... What does that mean ?" Ask Crystal.
"It can mean some things, but I'll say the closest one. I think what it means that when you were created, a male's ribs, like really... A bone, is taken from the male, and put it on the female. What this mean is that when you are born, you'll find your true love, eventually." Said Arcanic. Hearing this, Cynthia and Yumi looked at Crystal.
"What ?" Ask Crystal.
"I don't know... But you definely have another intention when you ask that." Said Yumi.
"Guys... Please, I just wanted to--" said Crystal, she then covered her face with her cloak.

Arcanic noticed this and give a sign to them to not be rude on Crystal.

"I see... So no wonder you are mysterious and strange." Said Yuko.
"You definely have good knowledge about life." Yuko added.
"Oh, I just remember, what about that magic we used ?" Ask Yuko.
"What magic ?" Ask Arcanic.
"You know, my magic... Your magic." Said Yuko.
"Well... Your father taught you to say some things before you cast it right ? Well, you're actually asking for help to the god to give you strength to help." Said Arcanic.
"Really ?! Well, that's surprising..." Said Yuko.
"And what about this enchanted stuff ?" Ask Slyver, as he pointed on his sword, Green's cloak, and Cynthia's spear.
"Right... Well, ever heard that prayers can do anything ? Well, in this case. It's true, not only that, even our ancestors did that too." Said Arcanic.
"So... What you're saying is... You don't use magic ?" Ask Slyver.
"Well... Magic can be categorized two. Good magic and bad magic. Good magic come from the god, it's rare to see someone use it because they're aware of the consequences and swore to not use unless in dire situations. Bad magic however, came from... Well you guessed it. It has been used in many people, but they didn't realise the consequences, what makes it worse... Is that bad magic, is actually a trade, a soul for power. Pretty scary if I would say it." Said Arcanic.
"So, what is my magic ?" Ask Yuko.
"I can't tell, but what I can say is that if you use it correctly, then it's a good one." Said Arcanic.
"Oh, okay... Glad to know that." Yuko relieved.
"What about the artifacts ?" Ask Green.
"Okay, man... There's really a lot of things to discuss, but... Artifacts are forgotten objects, they hold incredible power, and not just any power, back when our ancestors live, the god gifted them with many things, one of them is power." Said Arcanic.
"Also, some might be dangerous than others, but we'll know it when we see it." Said Arcanic.

After a long talk and learning new things, one by one everyone started to leave Arcanic's room. Slyver, who just came out of the room, went to talk with Yuko.

"How long is it to take us to Ragnarok continent ?" Ask Slyver.
"About a day or two." Said Yuko.
"Alright, then we have that time to prepare ourselves. In the meantime, I'm going to read this book." Said Slyver, as he went into his room.

One by one, everyone started to leave Arcanic's room and went into theirs. At Slyver, he seemed to have thinking about something...

"Hmm, so... A true love huh... I wonder..." Slyver mumbled.
"Could it be a coincidence if Arcanic and Crystal are one... Huh, I guess only god knows." Said Slyver.
