Awakened Power

"Everyone ! Look !" Shout Yuko, as he point down at the ground.
"What happened to Valor ?!" Slyver shocked.
"No ! Dad !" Crystal tried to force Yuko to land immediately.

Yuko agreed and immediately landed just near the front gate that has been destroyed. There, they are faced with an army from different legions.

"Elves, what are they doing here ?" Green wandered.

The elves had joined with the humans to defend Valor against the siege.

"Look ! It's the army of underworld." Slyver pointed at the horizon, which now filled with an army of underworld waiting for their chance to attack.
"Commander Slyver ! Commander Cynthia ! Thank god you are back !" Said Zaiden.
"Who are you ?" Ask Slyver.
"I'm Zaiden, general of Mahallar kingdom. Or... I was one." Zaiden introduced himself.
"Never heard of your name before... You must be new then." Said Slyver.

Zaiden laughed hearing Slyver's word and explained that he was in charge of defending the kingdom from any threat.

"I see... Sorry for my misbehavior." Slyver apologized.
"No time for that, come on ! We need you in the defensive line." Said Zaiden, as he lead everyone inside the wall.

Housed burnt down to ashes and walls destroyed almost completely, such a horrible scenery for a commander who was painfully putting effort to all of the kingdom's safety. Cynthia also surprised every single time she saw a ruins from a house.

"Murad ! The heroes have returned !" Zaiden cheered.

Murad came out from his hiding spot and cheered to their arrival, followed by the army. King Vallhain then showed up with his wife, greeting them.

"You have the artifact ?" Ask King Vallhain.
"Yes, I have, unfortunately..." Said Slyver.
"We haven't figure out a single clue as to where is the last artifact, Keyblade." Slyver explained.
"Without the keyblade we can't seal the fountains." Said King Vallhain.

"And there will never be a way Vallhain." Wyrin showed up.
"Wyrin ?! What brings you here ?" King Vallhain surprised.
"If we can't seal the fountains, then we must destroy it." Said Wyrin.
"The darkness planned this all along, you can't find the keyblade simply because the leader has it." Wyrin explained.
"What ? What are you trying to say ?" King Vallhain confused.
"He's with you all along Val, you forgot his true nature don't you, I'm talking about him, Arcanic Darkhaven." Said Wyrin.
"What ?! No ! That can't be... He's a nice person Wyrin, how can you blame him ?! He does nothing bad !" King Vallhain tried to denie what Wyrin just said.
"The truth is the truth Val, don't you see ? The darkness has created yet another problem in the world, he's the leader of the darkness, that army you see there at the front gate !" Wyrin pointed at the front gate.
"No... I refuse to believe so !" King Vallhain crossed his arms.
"Why ?" Ask Wyrin.
"Because... I know Adam never done such thing... I know he never wanted this in the first place, I was too foolish to understand him back then. He didn't cause that chaos." Said King Vallhain.
"I know he's a good person... A chosen one from the god, he said it himself, he wanted to bring peace between us and him." Said King Vallhain.

Shortly after, they saw an army from the light descended. King Vallhain greeted them and thanked them, it seems that he knew they will come. However, there's no sign of the army from the darkness.

"Wyrin, I ask you to lead the army of the living souls, once again." Said King Vallhain.
"What are you going to do ?" Ask Wyrin.
"We're putting an end to this." Said King Vallhain, as he draw his sword and raised it to the sky, the sword then resonated with light and changed form.

Meanwhile, Dawn and Anthrax are preparing their next attack.

"The army from the light has come, what shall we do ?" Ask Anthrax.
"Take it easy, our master will come soon, before they know it." Said Dawn.

From afar, they saw a silhouette of a structure moving closer towards them.

"Hahaha, the fountains finally finished their recovery." Said Dawn.
"It's time they merged together and opened the gate to the underworld !" Dawn raised his lance, and the fountains immediately merged one by one.

Before them, merged a huge structure, looked like a portal. The middle is resonating with weird purple aura.

"Val look !" Wyrin pointed at the army.
"No ! The gate has been recovered." Said King Vallhain.
"It's too late..." Slyver mumbled.

Shortly after, creatures pouring out from the gate, rushing towards the kingdom. Vallhain and his army stood at the front line, defending the very last of their hope. Wyrin, joined with Friedrich, engage the battle by casting magic and creating barriers.

"There's just too many for them to handle !" Said Slyver.
"Then what shall we do ?" Ask Green.
"We do the same, we defend the kingdom." Said Slyver.
"Wait ! And then what happen ?" Ask Yuko.
"Can't you see ? The army is overwhelmed by the underworld fast, and even if we successfully defend the battle, what will happened next ? There's nothing left, they're just going to keep attacking until they succeed." Yuko added.
"I don't care ! Even if this is our last day on this earth I don't want to die as a coward ! Look at Arcanic ! Look at what he has done for all of us !" Said Slyver.
"He pulled you and me into a dream world to avoid being assassinated, then he helped us escape through that arena, he asked his friend to look after us. What more would you ask ?" Ask Slyver.
"Tell me if he's a bad person after all of what he had done ! He did so because he care for all of us !" Slyver draw his swords.
"Hey hey ! Calm down now Slyver ! No need to go red on yourself." Green hold Slyver's hand.
"Look at what you've done to him ! Now he disappeared, he chose not to cause anymore harm even though all he did was for our own good !" Slyver dropped his tears.
"Don't you see ? He awakened my spirit, he opened my mind, he cleaned my heart, we all just a creation from the god." Slyver withdraw his swords.
"Crystal, how many times Arcanic has to teach you with patience ? Cynthia, how many times he has to hold his anger from our behaviour ? Green, how many times he told us a meaningful story ? Yuko, Yumi, how many times he taught you to use a magic properly ?" Ask Slyver.

Everyone dropped in silence, thinking about Slyver's word. It's the truth, they can't hide it anymore. Arcanic had to bear everything in order to make them succeed. Every single time, Arcanic has to guide them to the right path. Every time, Arcanic had to bear with their mistake. Every time, Arcanic had to look after them.

"The god wants us not to give up, that's what Arcanic wanted to tell us all along." Said Slyver.
"Then it's done." Said Green.
"I will fight beside you Slyver, with my every life I have, to protect the right of this world." Said Green.
"Me too, I will fight for the name of humanity, they deserve a better life." Said Cynthia.
"For the name of our kingdom, I will fight for the righteous name." Said Yuko.
"In the name of god, I will defend this until the very end of my life." Said William.
"For the name of our kingdom, our world, we will defeat the underworld." Said Yumi.

But Crystal, however... Dropped on the ground, unable to speak nor act. She realised that her kingdom is destroyed because of her, she realised all of this can be stopped, if she willing to understand.

"Crystal... There's one message from Arcanic." Said Slyver, as he gave the paper to Crystal.

It said...

Dear Crystal,
It's been a while since I trained you back then. I remember every time you make mistake, you blame yourself. Keeping you up is such a hard task, but it's all for a matter of good. The first time I saw you, I know you're that one girl I've been looking for. You're that girl my mother told me. Your eyes indicates that, with the sparkling tears dropped every time you cried because you lost hope. But you have me, putting your spirit back on track, so you can succeed, in unlocking your true power. Crystal, I have been keeping this secret for a long time, it's time to tell it. You're the princess of the light, your father is the ruler of the light. You're the angel that I told in my story. Crystal, I want you to do me one favor, use your power, for the sake of humanity. Use it for the fate of the universe, make the change, that your father can't.

Crystal immediately stand up. Her face showed nothing more than determination, she hold the paper as firm as she could. And then... She closed her eyes, putting all energy in her mind and heart. And with one sentence...

"God, give me the power of light." Said Crystal.

She grew wings on her back, bright as light. Her clothes changed, her right arm carried something that looked like a lantern.

"Everyone, let's put an end to this." Said Crystal.
