it's been a year since my solo debut. and the other members had also had their solo debuts after i did and everyone had done a great job and our songs went off the charts.
army and my members had suggested that i come up with a second song. and i couldn't agree more. but my last song was about a boy who was in my past and it was more upbeat and had raps and showed a story, i wanted the same concept for this song.
of course since i wanted it to be more exciting, i made it a group song with girls. and i wanted to make a song that showed what my bestfriend went through when she was treated wrongly when she was dating him.
like my last song, the lyrics mean a lot if you look into it and there are many subliminal messages into it and some of the lines shows my story in the past. i wanted this song to make girls realize not to worry when she thinks the world is ending when she breaks up with someone when she has other girls to back her up and not make the same mistake the next time.
for this song, i made sure that every army would flip out and be excited to hear it when it comes out. no doubt that they'll like it, especially if i will group with lee hi, chaeyoung and heize sunbaenim. i'm sure this song will be the end of everyones life.
ouh and did i mention this song is going to be fully in english?

it's the day that my new song drops and the four of us had decided to do a vlive at my studio and eat some italian food while we do a countdown till the song drops.

we all sat down on the floor and we had set up a tripod with a phone on it and started a live.
"hi everyone, we're here to do a countdown to our song that comes out in one hour." i started.
everyone introduced themselves and soon enough our food came and we dug in.
if you're asking where the other members are, they are in the living room playing mario kart while waiting for the song to come out. this time again, i didn't give them any teasers of my new song. i kept it all a secret.

"3, 2, 1 . the song is finally out, guys. go and listen to it!" the four of us screamed to the live.
we ended the live and went to the living room with the boys who were watching the music video.
' wow, look at our jennie. ' i heard namjoon say from the living room. i went to him and sat beside him and side hugged him.
i went on instagram and army was loving the song. even though it was in english and most of them were korean, they still enjoyed it.

i smiled the most today, everyone showed love towards the song and towards the three other girls and i couldn't be more happier.
i was happy that it finally came out and it relieved all my stress. i know it's the second time that i came out with my own song but the nerves still come to me.
i worked so hard on this, i stayed in the studio late till night, some times i don't even come out of the room and skip dinner just to finish this.
even when the day of the music video shoot, i was exhausted but i needed to go through all of it then i can rest all i want. also, when we were recording the song, i could not keep my eyes open but i stayed through all of it because i wanted army to enjoy this song as much as i made the song.
and in the end, all the hard work paid off and it all finally came to an end. working with the girls made me stronger and worked harder as they are my bestfriends.
