"okay, you start." I said
"okay let's start easy and it not going to be only twenty-one questions just letting you know." he said
"yeah I figured that," I said
"okay, I'll start." he said
"how's your brother and mom you after..." he started
"You mean after the crash that had me in a coma and killed my dad." I finished for him
"Yeah... is that too much I'm sorry. He said
No no it's okay well it's not okay but that's a good question after the crash which was a year, and I know how the school told everyone what happened and that was weird because I woke up a month later after the crash and had to go through all that and to have people who never spoke to me, telling me they are here for me." I said
I'm sorry, I wasn't there for, I wish I was." he said as he lowered his head
"hey." I said while grabbing his hand
"you don't need to be sorry we grew apart and you found the crowd I knew you were going to be in when we were little, hopefully, this doesn't sound mean but I wasn't surprised when you became the school's " top guy" who had everything. I was waiting for the day we would drift because of it." I said looking at our intertwined hands
Jordan lift my head by my chin with his fingertips so I'm looking right at him.
" we may have drifted but I never forgot about, I thought you forgot about me or that you hated because I changed," he said
"I didn't forget you," I say just above a whisper looking in Jordan's eyes.
the intensity of the look had me feeling butterflies in my stomach and they were going crazy.
"here another question for you, how would you feel if I kissed you right now?" he said
"I would let you, "I said
he lends in and I could feel his breath on my lips as I watched his eyes change from concern to lust in two seconds. once our lips touched and we were getting into the kiss my phone started to ring and he groans into the kiss.
don't answer it." he said in between the kiss
" I'm not going to," I said as I pulled him closer and ringing ended then two seconds later it started ringing again.
I have to answer. I said and broke the kiss and reached for my phone and saw my mom is calling me.
you're killing me I hope you know that." he said as I accepted the call.
