AN: I don't own Doctor Who, or any of the characters. I don't own you either.
Your POV
You and the Doctor were taken to your main school hall, where there were even more Daleks. You counted them in your mind as you and the Doctor were dragged to the centre of the hall. There were 5 in all, including the one who had brought you here. Some humans stood around too, presumably as the Daleks' slaves. Each of them seemed to have their own task, but all of them were gathered around a large hole in the floor. "What are you looking for?" The Doctor asked, looking at the Daleks. The original Dalek turned to look at you. "Take the human to be with the others." It stated, as one of the other Daleks made a move towards you. "No." The Doctor demanded. "She stays with me. You are not harming her, or any of the other humans. Not while I'm around." Whilst he said this, you noticed a diagram on one of the computer screens scattered around the room. "Doctor..." You said, trying to get his attention. When he eventually listened to you, you pointed to the drawing. "I think that's what they're looking for." You added.
"It's called a time crystal, Doctor. Have you heard of it?" A voice questioned from the doorway. You spun around to see one of your teachers, Miss Oswald, smirking at the pair of you. "Hello, Y/N." She calmly said, stepping towards you.
"Miss?" You questioned. "You're working with the Daleks?" She smiled.
"Bright girl, isn't she, Doctor?" She asked. "Yes, Y/N. I am working with the Daleks. You could say we have similar goals."
"You want the universe destroyed?" You asked. "Doctor, what does a time crystal do?" The Doctor frowned at you.
"I have no idea. I've never heard of one." He replied.
"Oh dear. What it does, Doctor, is speed up time at one particular point. Not very dangerous normally, but we have plans to use it. Using the Dalek mother ship, we shall place the crystal close to the sun. The lifecycle of the sun will be sped up and..." Miss Oswald began.
"Everything will die. You're going to kill the sun?!" You asked confusedly. "You'll die with us."
"Oh no. The Daleks have promised that in exchange for giving them the crystal, I shall be kept alive. I shall rule the Earth, and make a fortune on the galactic market!" She exclaimed. "Now, Dalek, take Y/N to be with her classmates. She can say her goodbyes to her friends, before they all die." The Dalek moved towards you and you began to move.
"Doctor! Stop her. Please!" You begged, as you were pushed out the room. The Dalek led you into one of the computer rooms next-door to the hall. Inside was a small group of terrified teenagers, who you soon joined. "You won't win!" You shouted, as the door shut behind you and was locked by one of the Daleks' human's. You had no idea why you had so much blind faith in the Doctor; you just hoped that he could save the world. But in the meanwhile, you weren't just going to sit around, waiting for him to rescue you. You turned to face the other teenagers, a smile on your face. "So," you began, "who's ready to escape?"
"How?" A small brown haired boy at the back asked. "The door's locked." You thought for a moment, realising they'd have probably locked the windows too. You looked up, suddenly noticing the ceiling tiles. "Who's tall in here?" You asked, as a boy raised his hand. "Can you give me a leg up?" You said, gesturing to the tiles. The boy nodded, and knelt down. You stood on his linked hands, and he pushed you up. Drawing your hand into a fist, you punched through one of the thin ceiling tiles. "I think we're going to need a torch." You commented, suddenly realising how dark it was in the ceiling. Someone handed you a phone, and you decided that would do. You looked around, spotting an air vent that lead outside. You clambered up, grateful that the tiles and timbers seemed to be holding your weight so far. "Ok, who's relatively good at fighting?" You asked, looking down at the kids below you through the gap in the ceiling. Two girls raised their hands. "Right, I need you to get the attention of the guards." You explained your plan; just hoping that the things you'd seen in films would work in real life. "When they come in here, knock them out. Then get to the main power room. In there, there's a blue switch. Put it on, and then get to safety."
"What about you?" The small boy from before asked.
"I'm going to find the man who can help defeat those aliens." You said. "Good luck." You shuffled over the air vent, listening cautiously to the creaking beneath you. As you pulled the cover of the air vent off, the floor cracked beneath you, and you fell straight down. Landing with a thud, you swore at the pain you were now in. Opening your eyes, you realised that you were now in the music room. "Helpful." You commented, looking at the guitars and drum kits around you. You forced yourself onto your feet, as your wrist began to hurt badly. "OK, guess I really wouldn't make a good spy." You mumbled, pulling the door open. Stepping outside, you realised that there were no Daleks around you. You stood in that hallway for a good few minutes thinking of a plan. Your mind flicked back to your last music lesson, and you remembered something that was in the teacher's desk. You searched through the drawers and quickly found it. Putting the item in your pocket, you realised what you were going to do. Running out the door, you just hoped you could make it in time before the Daleks ended the world.
