Dark images flashed in front of me and seemed to disappear before I could see them. I caught glimpses of white figures and red. Lots and lots of red. Nothing made sense and I couldn't figure out what was happening. Then, one single image floated into view and stayed there. It was in the form of a photograph. The photo showed a man around his thirties holding a small newborn in his arms. He was smiling down at them with the widest smile. The newborn's eyes were a bright blue, almost luminescent. In the background was a large house surrounded by trees and grass.

I studied the picture a little longer before looking around at my surroundings. The images had stopped and revealed a black void around me. My feet were grounded but there was no floor to be seen. I went to move but stopped when I heard whispering, no, they were talking. I could hear bits and pieces, but it seemed they were talking about a girl.

"She-ready." One rasped.

"I-know-is." Another spoke.

A bright white light crowded my vision and forced me to close my eyes. When I opened them, I was in a house. I seemed to be standing in the living room from all of the furniture and decor.

"Where am I?" I asked myself. Next was a hallway with four doors. Three of them were open and one was closed. I peeked through each open door to find a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry room. The bedroom was a normal-looking master with a white theme to it. The bathroom and laundry room also had white themes but each room had a different accent.
