"Fuck you," I growled but it was muffled. It's been a half an hour and I already have a black eye, a stab wound, and a split lip. I growled to myself as I mentally slammed my head against a wall. My hands were in cuffs and a cloth was shoved in my mouth to keep me from talking.
"Hmm, maybe we should actually give her to Lord Megatron this time." Denice laughed. At the mention of the name, my eyes widened. Brad shrugged and Denice waltzed out of the room as Brad balanced a knife on his fingertip out of boredom.
"We know who he is you know. Optimus Prime. You can't fool a Decepticon that easily. We know you're his little pet." Brad said nonchalantly. My blood ran cold and I struggled in the cuffs. He laughed and threw the blade into the air before catching it. "Knew that would get a reaction out of you."
"Dropkick, Lord Megatron has requested that we bring her to him at once." Denice came out from their room. I lifted an eyebrow at the different name.
"Fine, let me lock down the stupid house," Brad grumbled and left. My eyes followed both of their movements as they left the living room. As soon as they were gone, I used my shoulder to press the button on the comm behind my ear. I spit out the gag and spoke as quietly as I could.
"Optimus now would be a great time to bust in here and kick some ass. Denice and Brad are Decepticons!" I whisper-yelled.
"I'm on my way. Stay put and keep talking to me." He replied.
"Uh, Denice called Brad Dropkick if that's any help. They said something about taking me to Megatron." I rattled off quietly.
"Dropkick and Shatter. Denice and Brad are Dropkick and Shatter. I should've known. They must know about your sire." Optimus growled.
"Sire?" I questioned.
"Cybertronian equivalent of a father." He explained.
"Oh. So uh, h-how far are you?" I stuttered, listening to the large thumps and cursing coming from the other room.
"I'm in the driveway. I'm coming, don't worry." He comforted.
All of a sudden there was a loud knock on the door. Both Denice and Brad or-uh Shatter and Dropkick made sounds of surprise. They peeked outside and both cursed.
"Why is he here?!" Dropkick hissed.
"I don't know!" Shatter yelled, frustrated. There was another knock, this one more aggressive.
"Kick the door in. They're not going to open it." I whispered to Optimus. It was another couple seconds of silence before one last knock. Both Decepticons split and ran, leaving me alone in the living room. The door flew completely off of its hinges and hit the wall opposite of it.
"Pussies!" I yelled, chucking to myself. I smiled at Optimus and slipped my hands under my knees, bringing them in front of me. His eyes caught mine and he rushed over.
"What happened?" He asked.
"Well, you left and they immediately got mouthy. Then came the punches. I think you'd be proud, I dodged most of them." I said proudly. "I slipped up and they cuffed me. That's pretty much when I commed you."
"You are a magnet for danger, you know that?" He teased. I laughed and offered him my wrists.
"Mind helping this danger-magnet out of these cuffs?" I asked sheepishly. It was his turn to chuckle. He grabbed the chain and ripped the cuffs apart, then he pried the wristbands away my wrists. To say the least I was impressed.
"Come on, I have no doubt that they have called for reinforcements." He said and ushered me out of the house. His hand grasped mine and we ran out. The passenger's door to his cab opened and I jumped in as his holoform disappeared. In the darkness of the cab, I gently peeled my sweatshirt off and poked at the wound on my ribs. Optimus backed out of the driveway hastily and I grimaced when my back hit the seat. Keeping quiet, I poked at the wound some more and willed it to heal faster.
