~ Next Tuesday's video is either between "How to honestly get more reads" or "Dear Cameron Dallas". Details are by the end of this chapter if you have no idea what I'm talking about... ~
Lydia's POV
On first instinct I turn around to open the door but it was stuck, the door wasn't budging. I back up and move my head from side to side ready to bust this bitch down - my phone vibrated with Wade's police siren ringtone. Where you at?
Sighing in frustration, I texted back with fingers of fury! All while looking back at the pulled curtain. In the bathroom, gosh Wade I can't go two seconds somewhere before you call the swat team. Let me pee in peace!-
"So is there a reason you are in the bathroom?" Marc asked adjusting a towel around his waist, he pushed his hair to the side. Despite how awkward this all was he was still showing off a causal smile. "I needed to pee...and believe me the second I heard you in the shower I went to leave but the door won't move." I say putting my phone away after sending it to Wade.
Marc nodded going over to the sink before grabbing a small towel and drying off his hair. "Right I don't want your bladder to get infected." I cringed at the mention of my bladder coming out of his mouth. "Please don't say that ever again to me." He chuckles before going for the door himself.
Suddenly out of nowhere thick smoke from the vents smothers us, and I start to choke heavily. "Well if it isn't Azar," A female voice spoke and soon enough the smoke had evaporated away, and we're left seeing a ghostly pale woman, matched with intense jet black hair, and daunting piercing green eyes. Oh my God I'm tired of seeing people from my pass popping up like this?! Oh wait- totally forgot that I'm still in the game... my fault.
She moves with ease as she pulls out a knife but Marc had her pinned to the sink, and she drops the knife not really expecting it, "You will pay for bringing harm to-"
"I'm here for her. Azar release your damn dog will you?!" She squirmed under Marc's strong hold. My mind could help but recognize the muscles moving just under Marc's skin, shit. I felt my hand wrap around my neck as an attempt to hold onto what sanity I had left. Marc looks back at me, "Do you know her?"
I nod, "Jessica Moss assassin...animal." I mutter the last part thinking of all the memories and it put a sour taste on my tongue. Not pleasant at all,
Marc instantly lets her go, Jessica adjust himself before walking over to me. "Azar-"
I couldn't let her finish, my name was no longer Azar to her. "It's Lydia. You don't get to call me fire anymore. We aren't raiding Cartels and sleeping in luxurious penthouses. In the real world my name is Lydia. Why are you here Jessica?"
"Well I thought seeing you I would get...a sexier homecoming." She says checking me out, rolling my eyes and folding my arms over my chest I don't even bother myself with it. I have other pressing issues like leaving this bathroom. We both turn to the sound of Marc growling under his breath. "You hurt her you're dead." He demands... I can't lie it warmed my heart that he was willing to protect me. Even though I could easily kill her...
Sorry, back to the idiot at hand... "What the hell are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be doing missions-am I a target?"
He shakes his head giving a smirk, "No you aren't the target. I miss you being an assassin, I miss us being monsters on a rampage. Literally at times you were more monster than me and I'm the true vampire. You remember what happened to the little village outside Ger-"
My hand went up to silence her. "We don't have to go into detail."
Eli seemed to get the hint, "Well all I'm trying to say is that we can have that again love. I'm here to remind you of the beautiful glorious magic we would create. I mean by day you would help me on missions and by night I would fulfill your fantasies isn't that how we worked-" Again I had to shut him up. We aren't alone, please have a filter!
