For the One I Love

Because you are so special to us and all above,

This card is to show just a small token of our love.

You've been there with us through thick and thin.

And, showed us that in all bad things, there's light within.

You made us realize that there's good in all.

And, that the world just appears to be small.

But, in reality it's a vast domain of opportunities and choices.

And that you have to listen to succeed to all of the different voices.

You have to learn to love and trust and to forgive and forget.

But, one of life's lessons is to take all that you can permit.

Through bad times you said to listen, for God will tell you what to do.

He'll always find a way out of no way to help you make it through.

You are a living example of all that you taught us.

And we believe, that's why today, it's you that we confide in and trust.

We love you with all our hearts and all that you stand for.

So, even if we don't tell you that we love you, each day we love you more and more.
