Truly Charmed (Part 3/3)

Chapter 6

After a few hours of finding the extremely rare ingredients we bottled them into a potion bottle.

"Are you sure you want to take this? Because if this doesn't work then they're all stuck that way.." Leo reassured me.

I nodded but I was unsure on the inside myself. If this doesn't work I've lost Chris. Melinda loses her brothers and mother. Leo loses his wife. Pandora loses her aunt and cousins. There's so much at risk and it all depends on one small vile of potion and my decision. As always.

Leo handed me the potion. It was small glass vile and the cure glowed bright yellow through it.

I can do this.....

I took the cork out of the top, then poured the liquid down my throat. I put the vile down and shivered.

"It feels....strange." I confessed.

"We need to go back home." Leo said.

When I orbed back to the manor all of the memories of what happened earlier flooded back. But I couldn't let that distract me. Every second that I wasn't helping Piper, Wyatt and Chris is another second that my body was breaking down the potion.

I stood in the bedroom where we placed them all. Shortly after my arrival, Pandora, Leo and Melinda appeared.

"How am I supposed to do this?" I asked unsure.

Pandora suddenly beamed somewhere.

Thanks for sticking around....

She then returned with a knife in her hand. She held it out to me.

Oh I have to cut myself..? Really..?

I took the knife from her and walked over to the bed. Piper was closest to me so I reached for her first.

I quickly ran the blade across her arm. It cut her instantly and her blood started to rise to the surface. I then clenched the knife in my hand and sliced it quickly. Blood quickly poured out from my skin.

I then opened up my hand and pressed my open wound on hers, so our blood was colliding. I closed my eyes and prayed for this to work.

When I opened them I filled with joy. Pipers skin was returning back to its normal colour and she was beginning to breathe normally. To a human, she looked like she was sleeping. Her cheeks flushed red and then soon after she opened her eyes.

They were the warm, chocolate brown they usually were. She blinked a few times and then sat up. Leo rushed to her side and Melinda after him.

She looked dazed. As if she had just awoken from a dream.

"Are you guys okay?" She asked as Melinda and Leo threw themselves on her.

"We are now." Leo answered.

He stared into her eyes and found what he couldn't find earlier. Life. He saw his beautiful wife, the mother of his children, staring back at him.

It wasn't long before Piper turned around and saw Chris and Wyatt in their grey-skinned forms. She began to freak out.

So I headed to Wyatt next. I cut his arm, just like I did with Piper. I put my bleeding hand on his wound and just like Piper did he began to regain colour and life. His blue eyes snapped open and he launched himself on me.

"I knew you could do it." He smiled.

I was taken aback by his response to be fully alive again. I gently wrapped my arms around him, trying not to get my blood all over his clothes, even though his was splattered all over them.
