Chapter 5

"What are you doing here? How are you here?" One of the elders snapped at me.

"Something's happened. Wyatt, Piper, Chris. They're in comas by the Miner Demon." I told the elder, trying to mind my attitude.

"How has this happened? You and Chris have not been in the manor in weeks." Another elder spoke.

"We came back." I snapped.

These elders aren't the brightest of people....

"That doesn't answer the question that is more relavent. How did you orb up here? That is not you're power." The first elder bit.

"I took Wyatt's powers." I answered him.

"You did what?" The elder spat.

"Easy brother. I'm sure there's an explanation." Another elder spoke up.

"I took them because I needed to heal everyone. He couldn't do it because he's half dead." I argued back.

Then the three elders that visited us before stepped forward.

"Anna." The woman said. "We're so glad that you're back."

Yeah I doubt that....

"Look I'm not here for a big reunion. I need to know how to get them out of their comas otherwise they're going to die." I pressed.

"Our magic is useless in this situation." The man elder announced.

"What do you mean useless? You're elders? You're the most powerful beings on earth! How can you be useless?!" I shouted.

"You're choice will affect them all." One of them said.

What. The. Hell.

"Don't start with this yoda I'm on the path crap. You either tell me how to free them from those comas or you do it yourselves." I snarled.

Anna....Anna.....

I heard Pandora's voice in my head.

Please don't tell me I can hear her thoughts too.

"You better go. Pandora is calling you." The woman elder said.

What a waste of my time.

"I knew you guys wouldn't help. I chose the wrong brother so now I have to suffer with both of them gone is that it?" I shouted to them.

Anna!...

It was Melinda's voice joining her now.

"It is important. You must go. It's been a pleasure seeing you again Anna." The woman elder said.

Yeah...whatever....

I focused on the sound of Pandora and Melinda's voices and then a split second later I was standing in Magic School. Leo was hovering over a huge book.

"Did you find the cure?" I asked in a hurry.

"Yes..." Pandora said with reluctancy.

"Why do you sound like you're going to give me really bad news.." I frowned.

"Only one person can take it." Melinda confessed.

"What do you mean only one person?" I asked.

"There's only enough ingredients left in existence for only one person and there's not enough for all of them." Pandora said in a low tone.

Oh Jesus Christ! Can anything go right in my life!

I saw the closest thing and threw it across the room.

"I can't believe this.." I ran my hands through my hair frustratedly.

My brain began to ramble again. Everything that's happened just flooded back and replayed over and over in my head.

Then through all of the mess in my head I suddenly came up with an idea.

"Leo, is it possible to pass the power of potion from one person to cure another?" I asked.

"I'm not sure. It's never really been done before." He answered unsure.

"Where are you going with this?" Pandora asked.

"Well since there's only going to be one cure if only one person takes it, what if they will be able to pass it on through their system to cure the others." I thought aloud.

"I think that could work." Pandora wondered.

"Okay then but there's only one question left. Who's taking it?" Melinda asked.

I looked around at everyone before I answered.

"I am."
