After I had gone to the bathroom -which was pretty difficult with my costume- I headed back out into the club. I weaved my way through the crowd, with people who I didn't even know shouting "Happy Birthday!" over the music.

I went to sit down in one of the booths, away from the crowd of sweaty, hormonal magical teenagers. There was air conditioning in the booths and I needed to cool down.

I sat down, itching my body where my costume was rubbing against my sweat. It was pretty gross but I doubt anyone noticed my marinated skin because it was dark.

I closed my eyes and imagined a windy mountain top to cool me down. When I opened my eyes I jumped out of my skin. A boy was standing next to me.

"Sorry I didn't mean to frighten you," the boy said.

I recognised his voice. When one of the strobe lights danced across his face I knew who it was.

"Chris," I began, scooting my way around the booth so I could get out, "Don't frighten me like that."

"I said I was sorry," he raised his shoulders in defence.

"What do you want?" I asked now out of the booth and beginning to walk away.

"Hey," he called grabbing my arm.

Suddenly I was somewhere else. I was in the manor. I looked around to see if anyone was playing a practical joke but nobody was here. Then I saw myself heading up the stairs. In an instant someone from behind grabbed my arm and pinned me to the wall and started to kiss me. The other me pushed the person away.

"Jesus Chris," other me said.

I was thrown back into P3. Chris had hold of my arm, just like he had in that vision. It was so quick I blinked several times to make sure I was in reality.

Why the hell had Chris kissed me? No. Why the hell was I imagining Chris kissing me?

I tugged my arm away with force.

"Look I just wanted to see if you wanted to talk or maybe dance?" He told me before beginning to walk away.

"Uh wait," I called after him.

He turned around. I didn't know what to say next. That vision was so strange, yet it felt so real. It left me speechless. Chris was still waiting for me to talk.

I cleared my throat.

"I mean..what are you meant to be? You know you're costume," I said in a fluster.

"Maverick from Top Gun," he answered, then pulled a pair of dark shaded sun glasses from his pocket.

They were just like the ones Tom Cruise had in Top Gun. I had to give him props for that.

"Uh so can I take you up on that dance?" I asked reluctantly.

I saw him smirk through the darkness. I felt a hand wrap around mine and then I was being pulled onto the dance floor.

When I finally stopped, we were smack in the middle of everyone. My eyes couldn't find Chris however the strobe lights reflected glimmers of him, then I was able to pin point where he was.

Right in front of me.

The music that was playing was an up beat EDM song however everyone was moving to it in slow motions, as if under water. I didn't really know what to do. I wasn't the best dancer in the world and there was a 99% chance that I would fall on my face.

I combed my eyes over the crowd to see the shape of Chris. But he wasn't anywhere to be found. I was arching my head to the left, right, up and even down but I still couldn't find anyone dressed up as Maverick.

I suddenly felt two hands pulling my waist backwards. There was something firm behind me. A person. I grabbed the person's hands, ready to electrocute them.

"Shh it's me," the voice of Chris spoke low in my ear.

"What the hell are you doing?" I asked trying to turn my head to face him.

"I'm dancing with you what do you think I'm doing?" He answered back.

"This is dancing?" I asked a little repulsed.

"Just be quiet and move to the music. You'll soon forget about everyone else," he answered back.

He had me welded to him, his arms wrapped around my entire waist so I couldn't even break free even if I tried. I decided to just go with it, hoping it would be over as soon as he said it would. I didn't want Wyatt to find me dancing like this with his brother.

I felt his head on my shoulder, his cheek and nose nuzzling into my neck. As if instinct had told me to, I closed my eyes. I heard him take deep breaths, inhaling my scent from my skin.

Chris swayed my hips against his, so we both danced in unison to the music. Without thinking I lifted up my arm and wrapped it around his neck. To outsiders we looked like Baby and Johnny from Dirty Dancing.

I felt him tug me closer to him, this time with force. He was breathing heavily, as was I, as we both moved together. His warm breath sent shivers down my spine but gave off a cool breeze to my hot flushed skin. His hands were trickling my spine, my waist and my front.

I was suddenly transported back to the manor again. It was day time and like before I saw another me, this time in the living room. However I wasn't imagining kissing Chris this time. He was standing behind me, like he was back in reality, breathing on my neck and caressing my body. I saw other me take in deep inhales of breath as he seduced me.

I saw other me's hand start to turn blue like when I'm setting off a bolt. I saw the sparks and the charge flaring up in my hand. The lightening currents wrapped around my hand and fingers.

Did other me know I was doing this?

I could hurt Chris. Well it wouldn't be the first time I've electrocuted him but I promised to not make a habit of it. No matter how much it pleased me.

Then current flew from my hand and straight to my direction. I saw a swirling current of electricity head straight towards my face. I screamed.

My eyes snapped open. I was in P3 again with Chris secluding my body away from everyone else. I started to panic. I began to pry him off me.

"Hey what's the matter?" He asked as I ripped his hands off of my body.

I stormed away out of the crowd. I could hear his faint call of my name in the background but I ignored it and carried on walking.

What the hell is happening to me?

Why am I thinking about Chris like that? Why am I imagining him touching and kissing my body?

I shouldn't be having impure thoughts like that about my boyfriend's brother. I mean he's Chris. Nothing really about him does anything for me, apart from make my blood boil. I've never thought of him in this way before. Of course I acknowledged his good looks when I first met him, but his personality outweighs any amount of good looks.

Then, as if fate had it prepared, Jamie came walking towards me. I stopped, rolling my eyes in disbelief of bad timing.

"Hey, cool party. Ironic costume," he smiled.

I forced a smile but it lasted on my face for about two seconds. Jamie saw my distress and now, as my whitelighter, has to ask what's bothering me.

"What's wrong? Has something happened?" He asked with a furrowing brow.

I looked around for a reason to get rid of him, however I knew that he would eventually turn up later or tomorrow to bug me even further.

"I need to talk to you," I began, "in private."
