Chapter 4

Den woke up alone on their bed. She went to the bathroom to do her morning rituals.

Namamaga ang mga mata nito dahil sa magdamag na pag-iyak kagabi.

Yes. Naamin na nya sa sarili nya na all this time she love Alyssa. They are married for almost a year and she can see how Aly taking care of her.

Akala nya may ibig-sabihin lahat ng yon. And the way she act when she's trying to seduce her infront of her classmates. Maybe Aly was afraid that some student may misinterpret those things kaya ganon ang reaction nya.

Still Dennise was hurt she don't want to eat breakfast with Aly like they used to. She even don't want to see Aly's face kaya naman nagbihis sya ng panlakad na damit.

She's wearing a croptop and a highways shorts. She's going somewhere. She will treat herself and forget her feelings towards Alyssa.

Alyssa woke up early. She got home last night at exactly 12:00 in the midnight.

She feel light today kahit pa late na sya nakauwi kagabi. She clean their whole condo unit, did the laundry and she even cooked breakfast for her and for Dennise without getting tired.

After she and Laura talked mas gumaan ang lahat. Laura is her ex-girlfriend but Laura leave because of modelling without saying any words and yesterday when Laura called her saying that she what to meet her she quickly respond they talked about the things between them. Laura apologized to Aly and told her that she's very sorry.  Alyssa forgive Laura but she said that they will can't be together at naintindihan naman iyon ni Laura.

They spend their whole night catching up. Talked about the things happened after Lau left. How they become both successful on their careers.

Sinabi din ni Aly kay Lau ang lahat ng tungkol kay Dennise and their complicated relationship.

Nung una ay nagulat pa si Laura pero natanggap din naman nito at she's proud of Alyssa.

Nagulat si Aly ng lumabas sa kwarto si Den. Ayos na ayos ito at mahahalata mong may lakad.

Aly: Morning.

But Den ignored her.

Maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Aly thought.

Dati kasi ay si Dennise ang unang babati sa kanila at ngingitian nya lang si Den.

Aly: You're leaving? at muli ay hindi sya nito pinansin. I cooked breakfast.

Den: Sa labas na lang ako kakain. May kikitain ako. cold na sabi nito

Nalungkot naman si Aly. This is the first time that Dennise didn't eat the food that she prepared. Dati kasi kahit late na ito ay kakain padin ito.

Aly: Okay. Ingat

Napansin ni Den nalungkot ito. Medyo naawa sya dito but she can't easily forgive Alyssa.

Nanghihinayang lang yan sa effort nya kaya nalungkot. Den convince herself na walang ibang ibig sabihin yon.

Alyssa spend her day studying the lessons for next week. Ginawa nyang busy ang sarili nya dahil ayaw nyang isipin na there is something wrong about her and Dennise.

Yes, she's worried how Dennise acted kaninang dahil kahit naman di sila totoong mag-asawa ay casual sila sa isa't-isa pero kanina pakiramdam nya ay may mali.

Habang busy sya sa paggawa ng powerpoint para sa next lesson nila ay nagring ang phone nito dahil natatabunan ito ng mga handouts ay hindi nya ito agad nakita pero buti na lang bago ibaba ng nasa kabilang linya ang telepono ay nasagot na sya.

Aly: Hello?

Dennise is now at some coffee shop with her friend Bea. Pagkauwi kasi ni Bea kagabi after nila maggirls night nila Ella ay agad nitong tinawagan si Dennise.

Bea was worried dahil sa biglang pagbaba ng phone ni Den kay Ella. Kahit pa hindi matigil sa pag iyak kagabi si Den ay napilitan syang sagutin ang tawag ni Bea nang sabihin nito na kapag hindi sya sumagot sa tawag ay pupuntahan sya nito.

Bea knew where she lived ang alam ng mga ito ay nasa iisang building sila ni Aly at hindi sa iisang unit. Nakapunta na ang mga kaibiga nya sa place nila once at sobrang pagpaplano ang ginawa nila noon ni Alyssa para hindi sila mahuli.

Dennise told Bea everything. Ang dahilan kung bakit sila nagpakasal ni Aly at kung bakit umabot sa ganon pati na rin ang pagkakaroon nya ng feelings towards Alyssa.

Lahat ng tanong ni Bea ay sinagot nya pero isa lang ang di nya nasagot. Why did Aly approved to marry her.

Bea: So anong plano mo? Pag oopen nito sa topic

Den: I don't know. Maybe I will move on. Finish my degree and then have a divorce with her.

Bea: Sounds great! sarcastic na sabi nito.

Den: What's with the sarcasm? inis na tanong nito

Bea: Nothing. Para naman kasing ganun kadali ang gagawin mo.

Den: Wala naman akong choice bakit do you have a plan ba?

Napangiti naman si Bea.

Bea: Call her. Napakunot ang noo ni Dennise sa sinabi ni Aly. Just call her. Tell her to meet you here and then sabihin mo I know everything. Papaaminin natin sya kung bakit sya pumayag na pakasalan ka.

Den: Whats the point?

Bea: Den I have this feeling na gusto ka ni Aly. I mean sinong tanga ang papayag pakasalan ang isang taong di nya mahal kung in the first eh wala naman syang mapapala?

Kahit ayaw ni Den umasa ay napaisip sya sa sinabi ni Bea. Mabilis nyang kinuha ang cellphone and she dial Aly's number.
