Chapter Forty: Prank Week

"BEEEEEAAAAAAATTTTT!!!!!!!" a loud voice was heard. This voice belonged to Jace. Beat snickered as watched Jude come into the common room. Beat could see the look of anger and disgust on Jace's face which prompted him to laugh even further.

"What did you do?" Jace asked knowing full well what Beat did. "I don't know, I do a lot of things. Care to be more specific?" Beat asked playing dumb.

"How about switching my sugar for salt?!!" Jace yelled before Beat fell down to the ground gripping his belly with both arms as he rolled around laughing. This pissed off Jace even more before Beat got up.

"You're dead." Jace said in a Jude-like manner before he chased Beat all over the senior dorm.

Abby walked in with Amanda before Beat ran past them with Jace chasing after him. "Prank week?" Abby asked. "Prank week." Her girlfriend replied.

There, now that you're caught up for what happened here, allow me to explain.

Prank week is a tradition that the school has every year and the teachers are even allowed to participate. Last year's prank queen was Vanessa but Beat is currently busy working on dethroning her.

You can prank many people, but only once per person. The queen or king of pranking can prank a single person multiple times and they are excused from pranks any time out of prank week.

Usually Jude was the first victim but he was gone and Beat pranking Jace marked this the official start of prank week. For now, all that was heard was Jace yelling st Beat as he tried to catch him and kick his ass.

Music...

"Okay class, today we're doing some musical history. Take out your textbooks and page over to the chapter on Ludwig Van Beethoven." Said Byron before he sat down. As soon as he sat down a whoopee cushion went off making the entire class laugh at him.

"They informed me about Prank Week, but I didn't expect someone would pull of a mundane prank like this." Byron said as he face palmed himself.

Class went on normally until it was time to go. Unfortunately when everyone had to leave, they were all glued to their seats. Nobody knew who pranked them, all they knew was that they were dealing with a pro because there was no way that Vanessa or Beat could prepared for this.

Gym...

After everyone was done with PE, the showers were the first stop. This left them exposed to the mystery prankster since he/she cleverly snuck out with all the clothes, gym and uniform in a large duffle bag. Since everyone else was in class, this made it all too easy.

The pranker left and everyone in gym class suffered hard humiliation as they were forced to sneak around in the nude. They were unsuccessful in hiding themselves leaving a lot of students to laugh at them.

By the time it was lunch, half the student body got pranked as well as three of the teachers. A lot was cowering in fear of getting pranked. Vanessa and Beat were both pissed. Beat because he was beat to the punch and Vanessa because someone was making their way to being the new prank king/queen.

Among the group, Jace, Abby, Beat, Johnny, Danielle and Lars were already picked off. The only once remaining were Lexi, Note, David, Bailey, Amanda, Vanessa, Tori, Malcom, Paige and Jax.

"So who do you think it is?" Asked Malcom. Bailey looked around before saying, "Definitely not one of the other students. The teachers are ruled out too... so it leaves one of us."

"Lars is too dumb to do this, Malcom doesn't have the guts, Tori isn't the pranking type, same goes for Jax, Danielle, Amanda, Abby, Lexi and Paige.

Note also falls into the non pranking category, David doesn't have the mind to prank without getting caught and he's overall terrible at pranks.

That leaves me, Jace, Johnny, Beat and Vanessa. Since they don't have the expertise to launch a series of unexpected pranks it has to be someone with an unpredictable mind... I know who it is."

"Who?" They all asked as they saw that Bailey realised who was the mysterious prankster.

"It's my brother. Jude's doing this, but he isn't alone... as unpredictable Jude can be, he needs someone sneaky and heartless... Jay. Jude and Jay are doing this."

"That's impossible, Jude and Jay are both locked up in juvie." Said Lexi. "Believe it or not, I know my brother. If he's out, this school is in for prankageddon." Said Bailey.

Attention all students, all your teachers and staff along with your principal has been pranked. I'm coming for the remaining half of you later. Could be today or the last day of prank week, watch yourself.

The voice was modulated. It sounded like a robot. Before you knew it, it was pandemonium in the cafeteria. Nobody knew who this guy/girl was and who he/she was gonna prank next.
