Sophie's Pov.

Getting ready for school this morning was a lot hardy than I thought. On one hand, today was an exciting day because I finally got to dance in rehearsal. On the other, I wasn't sure how Eli would react to me in class.

Derek had left my house making me feel a lot better about our friendship, but I still had trouble falling asleep at night. Normal students didn't just have a teacher openly show affection towards them.

I dress myself in a soft pink sweater with grey leggings and some white converse. I make sure to have all of my dance things in my bag since right after school, I had dance class.

I make my way to my car and smile. Another great thing was that  I was finally able to drive again.

I make my way to the drive-through of Dunkin Donuts and ask for an iced coffee. Yesterday had been so crazy and I needed my morning coffee to function.

Geez, it feels like just yesterday when I first meet Mr. Conrad at a coffee shop. Now everything has taken a three-sixty turn.

I pull off after getting my iced coffee and make my way to school. I take a deep breath and relax my shoulders.

Everything would be just fine.

I walk into the class as if I'm expecting the principle to jump out of nowhere and yell 'Eli, you're fired and going to jail!' while doing an evil laugh.

Instead, I find my seat with my friends and class starts like it usually does. Now that we had finished the movie Up, we just had time to write in class.

"Goodmorning class. Today is a workshop day. So for those of you who don't know what that means- I will be calling each of you to just see where you are on the assignment so far." Some students' eyes widen in fear and Mr. Conrad laughs.

"Don't worry. If you don't have anything down yet then we'll just brainstorm some ideas together. While I am meeting with each of you, I expect you all to be working in the meantime." He says and then calls the first person's name. The girl goes up to him and giggles.

"What were you guys thinking about doing?" I turn to face Megan and Lacey.

"Well I was going to focus on Anxiety and how it hinders peoples perceptions of you," Lacey says confidently. I give her a look of appreciation because I think that that topic is a very important one to talk about.
