Joe's POV
It was Sunday and I was on the Phone making Dianne an appointment to see the doctor later today.
I left her in bed asleep because I know she had a rough day and isn't sleeping well. I book an appointment for later this afternoon. I'm taking her to the doctors no Matter what kind of stories the press make up. I know we have 2 dances this week which is making me nervous especially with Dianne unwell and unable to train.
Byron appears behind me "You Alright mate you seem pretty stressed"
"Yeah it's just Dianne's I'll and we have 2 dances this week, I need to take her to the doctors but I know the press are gonna make news out of it and what if she's not okay and we are out the completion" I explain
"Honestly mate it's all gonna work out you just need to keep your head up, it's your life who cares what the press thinks" he reassures me
"I'm just gonna go check on Di" I smiled and he nodded his head
I slowly open the door and see Dianne waking up.
"Sorry I didn't mean to wake you" I say
"Don't worry about, I'm glad your here" she says opening her arms for a cuddle
I climb onto the bed and pull her into my embrace.
"I have booked you a doctors appointment for later on this afternoon" I explain
"Okay, are you coming with me ?" She mumbled expecting me to say no
"Course I am, we will deal with the press if it happens" I say seeing a smile appear on her lips making me smile back.
"How you feeling" I ask putting my hand to her head
"Not to bad" she reply's
"Is there anything I can get for you ??" I question
"Breakfast please and a drink" She gives me puppy dog eyes
"Of course" I smile and she places a kiss on my lips before I get up and head back downstairs.
"Hows she doing ?" Byron Asks
"I'm not really sure to be honest, she said not to bad but I know she's exhausted" I state "I'm just gonna make her some breakfast"
"Your such a caring loving boyfriend" Byron teased
"Shut up" I giggled
"But honestly mate she's lucky to have you" he grinned
"Nah, I'm lucky to have her" I say staring in the distance for a few seconds before Byron breaks me from my day dream.
"I'm off to see Em, so I leave you to alone, hope everything goes okay later" he says
"Thanks mate" I say patting his back
A little while later I finish making Dianne's breakfast and take it up to her.
"Here" I say handing her the breakfast I just made
"Thank you, Joe, you're the best" she smiles and I lie down next to her
"I know" I say and she smirks at me
It was about 1pm now and I was getting ready to take Dianne to the doctors, I was waiting downstairs for her and then I heard a crash.
I sprint up the stairs and see Dianne laying in the floor, luckily there was no blood.
After a minute or so she wakes up. "Slowly" I say as she carefully sits up.
"Come on let's get you to the Car" I say she nods her head so I pick her up and making sure the pap wasn't in his usual spot as I get her in the car I had Been given for a few weeks.
We arrive and we careful get out the car as I take her to reception.
"Dianne Buswell please" I say she starts to type on the computer, I give Dianne a reassuring smile.
"The doctor will only be a few minutes, take a seat in the waiting room" she smiles at me
"Thank you" I say before making sure Dianne got a seat okay.
Dianne looked nervous I placed my hand on her knee, she smiled at me. Luckily I don't think anyone in the waiting room recognised us and neither did the doctor.
"Dianne Buswell" He says
"Come on That's us" I say helping Dianne up and into the room
I sit down and let Dianne explain what's going on before they decide they are going to do a blood test.
She lies down and I hold her hand reassuringly, before we knew it, everything's finished. Long story short Dianne is working to hard to stressed and not sleeping enough which is causing her to feel this way.
"Maybe we should take training of tomorrow Di, you could do with the extra sleep" I say as we leave the doctors
"Joe we can't we have two dances to learn" she stresses I can see exactly what the doctor means
"Look calm down, you know your more important to me" I smile
