Joe's POV
It was the day after strictly and surprisingly my hangover wasn't to bad however Dianne's was so I go downstairs get her some aspirin and a glass of water to take up to her.
"Ahh Thank you" she smiles getting up and sipping on her water and I lay down next to her.
"So I was thinking that maybe I could take you on a date later"
"Joe how are we gonna do that with the press and no one knows about us yet" she asks
"I found this place it's very private and I promise the press won't be a bother" I smile and kiss her on her lips
"You're the best, I can't wait" she grinned back
It was about 6:30 and I was still waiting for Dianne to get ready.
"Come on we are gonna be late" I say wanting her to hurry up a little as I was nervous this wasn't gonna go to plan
The boys had helped me out with this one I've set up a little date in the nearest field, so there will be a long drive. A blanket covered in food, lights and we will finish with a little dance.
"I'm ready" she smiles walking down the stairs in a beautiful dress
"You look stunning" I say putting my arm around her waste and we get into the car I was currently being lent.
"Joe we have been driving for ages" Dianne giggles "where are we going ??"
"Only a little while longer" I say putting my hand on hers but still focusing on the road
As soon as we arrive Dianne looks confused "Joe I don't see any restaurants"
"Come on follow me" I take hold of her hand and she follows behind me.
Dianne's POV
Joe takes hold of my hand and I follow behind him before seeing the most beautiful little date set up for us. Fairy lights, food, music.
"Joe this is beautiful, I cant believe you would put in this much effort for me"
"I thought this was the perfect place to have our first actual date, I know we have had some cooped up in our apartments but that doesn't really count" he smiles
"It's perfect, it's amazing, I'm way to lucky" I give Joe a lingering kiss before sitting down for some food. "How did you do all this ?" I say still in shock
He giggles at me
"What?" I ask laughing "honestly how ?"
"I may have had a little help from the boys, but I planned every last bit I wanted it to be perfect" Joe grins
"I bet you did" I lean over and give him another kiss before he grabs my hand
"So How should we let everyone know ??" I question
"Don't worry about that I've got it sorted" he smirks
"Wh.." I get cut of by my phone

"What are you doing" I ask
"I told you I have sorted it" he smirks again "take a look"
I open up joe Instagram and I see a picture of Joe And I staring into each other's eyes on the stairs.
The caption read, I may not have won the glitter ball but I have won something a million times more special.
I couldn't believe how sweet he was "Joe that's so cute" I smile
"So you like it" he grins
"I love it, have you read all the responses people are so happy for us I can't believe it" I squeal a little getting over excited
"Everyone is going to go crazy, but let's not let anyone ever put pressure on us or ruin anything we have" he pulls out his pinky finger
"Promise" I say conjoining our fingers together
All of a sudden the music changes to This years love
"Should we you know have dance" Joe laughs
"What's so funny?" I as him
"I don't know I just can't take myself seriously" he explains
"Well I think your being cute" I laugh
"Come on let's have a dance" he says take my hand as we begin to Viennese waltz around the field. Once the song was finished we begin to sway to what ever came on next.
"So Zoe and Alfie they stay at this treehouse a lot of the time and they love it, their actually going In a couple of days and they would like us both to go with them" he explains "so you up for that ?" He questions
"Sounds great" I smile before giving him one last kiss
