🍁"Words Are Just Words Unless You Keep Them"🍁

Aashi's P.O.V.
I woke up pretty early the next day and got ready. I wore a white top and added blue denim over it. I wore black jeans and comb my hair. I let them open because one whether outside is cold and second today my hair were looking good, for a change.
I've a good hair day which happens like in ages only!!
I wore my spectacles after applying cold cream over my face. Nia walked to me and slapped my head as I was sitting on the stool in front of the mirror.
"What the hell? Why did you hit me?", I frowned.
"Why did you bring contact lenses if you're going to wear your nerdy glasses?", She asked.
"Do I really need to wear them now? There's no function today", I said.
"Yes. You've to wear them. I'm going to take a bath and by the time I came out of the bathroom, you better have your lenses on", saying so, she walked to the washroom carrying her clothes.
I sighed and walked to my small bag. I took out the contacts and wore them. I closed my spectacles and placed them in the box. It took me a few minutes to adapt to the contacts but later, I felt good. I smiled at my new reflection in the mirror.
I'm not spooky anymore, my heart whispered!!
"You look good", Ami said. I turned back and saw her remove her quilt and getting up from the bed. Noor was still under layers in her dreamland.
"Thanks", I smiled and looked back at myself in the mirror, "I feel good", I said.
"Why are you up so early?", She asked and I got up from my seat. I wore my flat boots and my cap.
"I'm going out for a stroll before anyone wakes up. I want to look around", I told her.
"But we're going out. You can join us then", she said and I shook my head in NO.
"That would be different. I have to take permission from my mom. Also, I need some alone time. See you later", I said and walked out of my room. The hall was empty. It was seven in the morning. A few maids were walking here and there holding trays of coffee cups and teacups.
I walked over to them and picked up a coffee mug. I plugged in my wireless earplugs and played some good music. I walked out of the hotel and made my way to the empty road outside. I felt so good. I've coffee, good music and an amazing view. What more can I ask for?
This is called bliss, my heart whispered.
I walked slowly enjoying the trees, the clean road and I saw a garden area at a distance. I decided to walk there. A tap over my shoulder made me turn around. There was standing Kabir. He had worn a blue sweatshirt and had paired it with his black jogging pants. He had worn sports shoes. Our eyes met and he pulled down his headphones. I removed my earphones too.
"Good morning", I said and he didn't speak.
"You look different", he said looking into my eyes.
