"What a play guys?", Kabir said clapping whilst walking to the group.
"Yes it was. All thanks to Dhruv who came at the last moment to save us. He doesn't ditch us like you", Ami said pissed.
"I won't even give an excuse for my absence", Kabir told her raising his hands in air.
"One should have one to give one", Nia chimed in.
"Stop blaming him. He doesn't do it on purpose", I heard Noor's voice and found her coming from another room. She already changed her drama attire to a regular one.
Why are you defending him?, My heart whispered.
"Really? Then whose fault is it?", Ami asked crossing her arms.
"Aashi's", Kabir said before Noor could say and I gaped.

"What?", I asked.
"Stop blaming her, will you?", Nia supported me.
"I was about to come for the play ok, but before the play I wanted to hear one reply from Aashi", Kabir said and like others, I too stare at his face without any idea that what's going on in his evil mind!
"Reply? Which reply?", Nia asked folding her arms across her chest. Her question was directed to me.
"Reply to my proposal", Kabir said with a very serious face. I was one step away from punching his face but whom am I kidding? I lack that courage. So, I ended up burning my own blood inside my body.

"Oh my god. Did you propose her?", Ami asked schoked.
"Yes", Kabir told them.
He's bluffing,my heart whispered.
"What did you say?", Nia asked holding me by my arm.
"You must've said No, right?", Noor asked looking at me curiously.
I've neither said Yes nor No, my heart whispered.
"Why would she say NO? Stop putting your thoughts inside her head, Noor. We're a couple officially", Kabir said and out of blue, he held my hand and interwined our fingers. Goosebumps ran down my body at the mere touch.

Nia walked over to me with a smile and hugged me. She whispered in my ears, "We've a lot to catch baby girl". She pulled away with a smirk and I smiled fakely.
