The day had been long, shopping for everything I needed for college, only yesterday had received the letter informing me of my place at college. In September I would start the veterinary nurse course, which I had completed part of already, but after a quick decision I had moved to Norwich with all my friends at the beginning of the summer, and trying to find a college with places half way through the course is easier said than done. However I had been lucky in finding somewhere, and looked forward to a new beginning, so I had decided once I had secured a place I would buy most things new as there was to much to bring down on the train.

Our apartment was beautiful, and each room was furnished with its own individual colour scheme, my window looked out on to the river and in a bit further away was a shopping complex, and the football stadium. My double bed ran alongside the wall, with its cream and red duvet that I had been given as my birthday present, from my parents. My family were brilliant and supported the idea of my college move as I had been involved in various issues at my previous college, so although they had hoped I wouldn't moved as far away, it was less of a worry me moving in with my friends. Opposite my bed there was a built in cupboard and next to me a cream chest of draws, with a small lamp, to be honest it was fairly empty but I loved it.

Belle an Esme had all been there for 2 months before I had arrived, but we had spoken of the idea since they moved, as originally I had planned to come to but was unsuccessful at the time in moving my education mid way through the year. So far I had been here four months and it had been brilliant, even minute had been great and the amount of nights we have been out clubbing, and the cute evenings spent on the balcony. My only concern was Ashley, ever since I had met him he seemed a trouble maker, and was almost always the cause of belle in tears. He has walked out more times than I can remember and has abused there relationship, I just wish she would end it. I understand when she met him she loved him but now he is horrid, his short temper always causes a fight, and it's only going to end in belle being hurt, he hates me more than anyone I swear, and Esme he seems to get along with but she had admitted to disliking him to.

Esme and belle were brilliant they had helped me in the hardest of times, and I couldn't ask for better friends, they both had jobs at Costa which was perfect considering it was just across the river, and it meant I could catch up on all the gossip. On the other hand I worked at a quiet little livery yard 5 days a week in the summer and weekends and whatever hours I could fit in when I was at college. It was located in a surrounding village, which was ideal, as the owner allowed me to keep my pony there free, so all I then had to pay for was shoeing and feed, so overall it worked out well. The only downside was that whenever I had to work it restricted everyone else from going anywhere out of the city, because we had come to the conclusion the rent would become to expensive if we had to pay for 3 lots of parking on top of the cost of the flat.

Our apartment was also home to belles cute little dog amber, who was full of fun, bless her as hyper as she was at times, you couldn't not love her. I hoped to get a dog in the near future but for now I think one little pup running round the place was enough. Moving here also opened so many new doors, and the college was only a start, however I wasn't sure how long we would be here once I had finished so I decided to just take hints this year as they come.

I had brought everything today from folders to new jodhpurs and a new head collar for sugar, but I could guarantee there will be something I have forgotten, As you will soon learn I live up to my long blonde hair. Finally I could go out for a ride so drove out of the city following the signs to trowse. We had a cute ride round the village stopping at my aunties, as my cousins loved giving sugar a carrot and it was nice to be able to see them a bit more than before, and I didn't hunk the sunny weather would last much longer so made the most of it, and when I arrived back at the yard I gave her a brush of before turning her out for the night, with a little roan and a bay who she shared her paddock with.

I drove back through the metal gates that locked out the outside world from our apartments, and parked our car in our space no.108, before climbing the stairs with my excessive amount of bags, when Ashley stormed past me. Not again what pathetic reason has he walked out for now, I thought as I found belle cuddled up on the sofa, with little amber laying across her lap. She didn't seem to bad though which was good, although I knew inside it would break her heart she had got used to his stupid behaviour I suppose, but she deserved someone a lot better than him. Shortly after Esme arrived back to, so we decided to order a takeaway, which we ate on the balcony, as the sun slowly sank behind the surrounding buildings.
