Chapter 27 - Bakugou

Guess who's sick!
It's me.

"Thats not good." You sighed.

"Haha, well good luck when it gets to that!" Ochaco nervously spoke.

You sat down and started to make an action plan.

"Well he probably wants to win more than I do. I guess I can give the victory to him, but I'm definantly not gonna just roll over and make it easy for him. He wants to fight so I'll give him one."

You leaned back with a satisfied sigh. You only hoped that he wouldnt catch on, after all your last real fight proved you were stronger.

Eventually, after moments of sitting alone, a friendly redhead approached you.

"Hey Y/n! Your last match was so fast!" He said enthusiastically.

"Oh, uh, thanks." You replied.

"Arent you nervous?" He asked slightly more serious.

"Nervous? About what?" You asked with a cocked brow.

"Your gonna fight Bakugou, in like two rounds!" He spoke.

"Oh yea, I am aren't I?" You said in a soft, thinking tone.

"You forgot?!" He yelled in surprise.

You shrugged, "Well I'm not that worried about it."

He smiled, "Your confident!"

"Yea, well I know I'm stronger than him." You leaned towards him and gestured with your hand for him to lean in.

"Between me and you I'll let him win, after all there isn't much of a value for me to win."

Kirishima blinked in surprise.

"Well that and I don't want to deal with Bakugou as a sore-loser."

You shook your head slightly and sat back in your seat again.

"So, Y/n, what made you wanna be a hero in the first place?" The red head asked, changing the subject.

"I didn't originally."

"O-Oh."

"If you really want to know I originally planned on being a baker. I'm being a hero now, though."

"Why the change then?" He asked.

"So little kids don't need to suffer."

You didnt miss the surprised look he had after your statement.

"And, I'm very determined."
