millie looked into the piercing blue eyes that belonged to none other than maddie ziegler. "what do you want maddie?? haven't you already messed up my life enough." millie spat, making the brunette look at her, then finn, then back at her and smirk.she could see finn was standing in front of millie, but not too close with an arm out in front of her, protecting her almost. "really?? it seems like you and finn are just fine." she said as she batted her eyes innocently. finn's cheeks turned a crimson red, but he didn't step away from millie, he stepped closer. he felt threatened by maddie's presence.
just because he and millie weren't together anymore doesn't mean he didn't care about her anymore. it doesn't mean he stopped loving her either.
it doesn't mean millie stopped having feelings for him.
"what do you want maddie?!" caleb spat, stepping in front of sadie, slightly pushing her back. "a favor." she hissed, smirking at her ex-friends. "you're all so pathetic. thinking you could protect each other. ha. think again." the brunette reached into her purse, slowly grabbing something out, "maddie i swear to god if that's a gun-"
she scoffed, "rowan honey, you don't even know me. don't be so quick to assume. it's lipgloss." maddie said, applying three or four thick layers to her lips. "god, just spit it out maddie!" iris said, stepping into the parking lot with her blonde locks bouncing up and down. "iris!? what the hell are you doing here??" gaten asked, turning around and looking at her with disgust. finn glared at her with a look of hate and millie just stared.
"making sure maddie doesn't do anything she isn't supposed to, duh. not like i would be hanging out with you losers." she said, blowing a bubble from her pink gum. "now, maddie," iris said, stepping closer to the girl and whispering into her ear, "you wouldn't happen to be doing anything you're not supposed to. would you now?" she said, looking into maddie's icy blue eyes with her emerald green ones. "jack wouldn't like that."
maddie let out a shaky breath, stepping back from iris' face. "no, iris. i'm not doing anything i'm not supposed to." she said in a mocking tone. iris glared at her for a moment, before mentally dismissing her and walking away. she stopped, not turning around fully, but enough so you could see part of her face, "as you were."
and she walked away.
everyone turned to maddie, who was blushing like crazy, but looked very angry. her baddie aura fading away slightly, leaving everyone a little bit less on edge. maddie let out a breath, looking back at the group. "we'll continue this later, meet me in the back lot of the arcade tomorrow at 10pm. don't be late." she said harshly, making everyone's stomach fill with anxiety.
